Die Wohnung ist exakt wie beschrieben, die Lage ist etwas außerhalb. Störend ist der Wurstfabrikant auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite, wir hatten bei geöffneten Fenster einen ständigen Räuchergeruch in den Räumen. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung ist top.

Vollausgestattete Ferienwohnung die mit liebe zum Detail eingerichtet ist. Man fühlt sich direkt wie Zuhause.Ich persönlich fand den kontaktfreien Check-In sehr angenehm da man völlig zeitunabhängig ist.Es war alles sauber, ordentlich und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.Der Parkplatz befindet sich direkt vorm Haus.Einziger Kritikpunk sind die 20min Fußweg zum Strand.Viel Spaß beim Buchen!

Tolles 2-Zimmer-Appartement mit einem gemütlichen Strandkorb auf der Terrasse. Alles wie beschrieben und es gibt sogar einen Smoothie-Maker. Die Straße vorm Haus war manchmal etwas laut. Die Kommunikation mit Hr. Schucher funktionierte unkompliziert und zeitnah. Gute Infos zum Appartement und der Umgebung. Klare Buchungsempfehlung.

Beschreibung war zutreffend

Die ist Wohnung gepflegt, wir hatten am Anreisetag Schwierigkeiten den Eingang zu finden. Der Abstellraum für Fahrräder ist als solcher nicht geeignet, viel zu klein und die Türe ist zu schmal.

Gut eingerichtete Wohnung.Lage weniger gut. Direkt an einer Hauptstraße. Daher etwas laut.Gegenüber eine Fleischfabrik für Rewe. Daher immer mal wieder Geruchsbelästigung.Sonst schöne Wohnanlage.

Rundum top

Alles perfekt, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Weg zum Zentrum und somit auch zum Strand war für uns problemlos machbar. Wir waren mit SUP Board dort, was wir auf der rückseitig gelegenen Terrasse liegen lassen konnten und mit Transportwagen für selbiges war der Fußweg auch möglich aber schon anstrengender. Preis-Leistung ist hervorragend, wir kommen gern wieder und haben das Objekt abgespeichert. Ganz kleine Minuspunkte sind Dichtungen der Dusche und Lüftung im Bad, welche eine Grundreinigung benötigen.

No Service too much light in bedroom

Man kann dort nicht gut schlafen. Auch am Sonntag wird draußen mit lauten Geräten wie z.B. Rasenmäher Krach gemacht und im Schlafzimmer ist es viel zu hell zum schlafen

Das ist ja bedauerlich, dass am Sonntag der Rasen gemäht wurde. Ich werde mich darüber beschweren! Dass das Schlafzimmer trotz der Verdunkelungsplissees zu hell ist, hören wir zum ersten Mal. Schade, dass es Ihnen nicht gefallen aht.

Waren vom 25.05 - 01.06.24 dort. Wir haben eine kleine, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung vorgefunden. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden was man braucht, kleines schickes Bad, seperates Schlafzimmer und eine kleine Küchezeile. Lage ist etwas außerhalb, was für uns absolut OK ist und gewollt. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.
