The Accommodation

The apartment is located in the former village school of Forst (Eifel), nestled between a church and the former rectory. It offers approx. 105 m² of living space and a 360 m² private garden with sauna*, warm outdoor shower, and barbecue area for exclusive use.

Inside the fully renovated interior, you will find:

A bedroom (approx. 14 m²) with a double bed (1.8 × 2 m)
A spacious bathroom (approx. 9 m²) with walk-in shower, large corner bathtub for two, and washing machine
An open-plan living concept with a fully equipped kitchen (approx. 15 m²)
A dining and living area (approx. 66 m²)

A special highlight is the home cinema with 110-inch screen, 4K HDR laser projector, powerful Teufel 5.1 sound system, and a private library with over 1,000 books.

The entire apartment has underfloor heating and Wi-Fi. Lighting can be set to warm white or RGB colors via remote control.

The bedroom features an electric shutter. Windows are equipped with pleated blinds, and selected windows have insect screens.

For your safety, all rooms are fitted with smoke/heat detectors, fire extinguisher, fire blanket, carbon monoxide detector, emergency lighting, and first aid kit. All wall sockets have built-in child safety protection.

The apartment is specially designed to be allergy-friendly and features a ventilation system and mobile air purifier. Pets and smoking are not permitted.

Designed primarily for two guests (one bedroom), up to two additional guests can sleep on the pull-out sofa bed. A baby cot is available free of charge upon request.

If you choose not to use the sauna, the rental price is reduced by 10% (must be requested immediately after booking; sauna will be locked).
