Below Prata 2.6 km from the centre of Prata, 10 km from the centre of Massa Marittima, in a secluded, quiet position, 30 km from the sea, in the countryside. For shared use: natural state property 2'000 m2 (fenced), garden with flowers and trees, meadow, swimming pool fenced (6 x 4 m, depth 120 - 130 cm, seasonal availability: 28.May. - 30.Sep.) with salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Unconventional pool shape. Outdoor shower, boccia, garden furniture, barbecue. Steep motor access (700 m via unmade road). Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 2.6 km, supermarket 10 km, restaurant 2.6 km, bicycle rental 11 km, bus stop 2 km, sandy beach 30 km. Walking paths from the house 50 m. Nearby attractions: San Galgano Abbey 22 km, Giardino dei suoni 11 km, Siena 60 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Accesa 20 km. Hiking paths: Mountain-bike 7 km. idyllisches Fleckchen
Schöne und saubere Ferienwohnung, gepflegter und liebevoll gestalteter Außenbereich. Haus etwas abglegen und daher wie gewünscht ein sehr ruhiger, erholsamer Aufenthalt. Gerne wieder!

Schöner geht`s kaum...
Wir verbrachten 14 Tage Urlaub hier und hatten eine perfekte Unterkunft - superruhig, top gepflegt und sauber-, inmitten der Toskana.
Viele mittelalterliche Städte, aber auch Großstädte wie Siena oder Livorno sind ein absolutes Muss, wenn man hier verweilt!
Die Vermieterin spricht sehr gut deutsch, ist supernett und immer hilfsbereit gewesen.
Die Wasserqualität des Pools: top.
Die Zufahrt zum Ferienhaus ist abenteuerlich, da nur geschottert und etwas bergig, doch auch ,,Opel-Corsa-tauglich".

Schöner Ort aber zu laut
Ein wunderschönes abgelegenes Haus ,in einer schönen Landschaft. Wir hatten mit viel Ruhe gerechnet aber leider nicht bekommen. Die Eigentümer sind sehr nette und sympathische Leute , hatten aber ihre Großfamilie zu Besuch ,die keine Rücksicht auf die Urlaubsgäste nahmen . Ab 7.00 Uhr, war an schlaf nicht mehr zu denken. Wir werden dort nicht mehr buchen . Sehr schade, es hätte uns sonst dort gut gefallen

Für Urlauber die Ruhe suchen ist dieses Objekt ideal. Reisetipps: Für Besichtigungen in der Toskana ist das Objekt etwas zu weit.Zum Meer sind es 30 km, zum einkaufen hat man die Möglichkeit in Massa Marittima und Follonica.

Schon recht abgelegen, aber wu...
Schon recht abgelegen, aber wunderschön. Wer dem Massentourismus entfliehen will kommt an Prata nicht vorbei. P... und V... sind glänzende Gastgeber. Das Haus sehr gepflegt, sauber, ordentlich. Der Pool ein Traum! Wir hatten zwei wunderschöne Wochen dort. Reisetipps: Wir sind etwa jeden zweiten Tag in der näheren und weiteren Umgebung unterwegs gewesen. Siena 50 km, Pisa und Lucca ca. 100 km, Voltera 60 km. Etruskisches Roselle in der Nähe von Grosetto. Der Strand von Follonica in der N ähe (30 Min.), schön und für Kinder sehr geeignet (flach). Ein MUSS ist die Pizzeria in Prata – ein tolles Restaurant mit unglaublich leckerem Essen!
