In the house: sauna, relaxation room, washing machine (extra), tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). 2 km long narrow motor access to the house (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Bus stop "Troistorrents Gare" 8.7 km, railway station "Champéry Village" 2.2 km. Tennis 3 km, sports centre 3 km, walking paths from the house 1 m, cable car 3 km, ski rental 3 km, ski bus stop 400 m, ice rink 3 km. Nearby attractions: Monthey 14 km, Aigle 26 km, Montreux 37 km, Fondation Pierre Gianadda, Martigny 43 km, Musée Olympique Lausanne 60 km. Exit to the balcony. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds and 1 x 2 bunk beds. 1 room with 2 x 2 bunk beds. Exit to the balcony. Large kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, Gas stove, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Filter), fondue Set (cheese)) with hatch. Bath/WC, 3 showers, 2 sep. WC's. Heating not available in all rooms. Large balcony. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (4). Very beautiful view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Iliez Card is included.

Nice stay in Champery

The apartment is spacious and we have had a great time in Champery. Everything in the house was functional and the washing machine and dryer are helpful (especially when travelling with kids. The kitchen is really equipped for large groups. The host was very friendly.

Although we knew that accommod...

Although we knew that accommodation was an old chalet, still we were surprised by several things. Kitchen equipment is very outdated. We managed to use the dishwasher, but it did not work couple of times. Also was not easy to cook with electrical cooker,where only one cooking ring worked. We did not use the washing machine, because we saw the neighbors washing all the water on the floor from the washing machine. We still had a great holiday, however quite surprised by the unusual Swiss standards. Probably the chalet was initially cheaper than other accommodations, however with additional costs on top (about 200 CHF) it was not that cheap for the quality we had. Traveller tips: The region and location of chalet is great. Can use your car easily or free shuttle.

The owner checked the dishwasher and could not find a defect. It is an industrial dishwasher (as in a restaurant) with instruction manual in German and English. The electric cooker and the washing machine have been checked and they work properly.

Chalet rustique mais pratique. Avantages : grande cuisine et ustensiles adaptés aux groupes - lave-vaisselle professionnel - 4 salles de douche - espace commun salle séjour agréable - parking devant la porte - sauna appréciable - communication rapide avec le propriétaire - souplesse et facilité pour l'arrivée - vue magnifique Inconvénients : ménage moyen (toiles, poussières, ustensiles gras) - frigo trop petit - bruit du logement supérieur (plafond bois transmettant tous les pas) - literie

Das Chalet war gross und hatte ne schöne geräumige Küche und 2 schöne Terrassen mit sehr schönem Blick auf die umliegenden Bergen.

Tolle Lage

Wir waren 7 Personen und waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Die Einrichtung ist einfach aber zweckmärig und alles notwendige ist vorhanden. Die Lage ist toll. Man hat einen weiten Blick zu den Bergen und ins Tal. Eine schmale aber gut befahrbare Straße führt zu dem Haus weit über dem Ort. Es gibt Sitzplätze vor und hinter dem Haus und die Sonne läuft quasi um das Haus herum. Freundlicher, hilfbereiter Vermierter, der auch deutsch spricht war telfonisch immer erreichbar.

Nous avons profité d'un super séjour, l'appartement est spacieux, nous avons apprécié la cheminée et le sauna, la superbe vue sur les dents du midi, multiples pistes de ski et randonnées, village très sympatique avec le grand centre sportif offrant plein d'activités ainsi que la navette nous ramenant au chalet. Ein wunderschöner Urlaub

Die Schweiz ist eine Reise wert. Wer nach einer einfachen Unterkunft mit viel Platz und einem super Vermieter sucht ist hier genau richtig. Die Einrichtung war zweckmäßig und wir hatten alles was wir brauchten. Neben einer großen Küche gab mehrere Schlafzimmer und Bäder. Zudem noch eine Waschküche mit Waschmaschine und Trockner. Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegenen um tolle Wanderungen zu starten. Die Landschaft ist ein Traum.

großzügige Wohnung mit wirklich viel Platz – netter Vermieter Reisetipps: Mit der Portes–du–Soleil–Karte sind viele Ausflugsziele in der Region (Schweiz/Frankreich) kostenfrei per Sessellift etc. erreichbar – Wandermöglichkeiten so weit die Füße laufen können ;–) Actions gibt es mit der Karte günstiger – und für jeden Geschmack ist etwas dabei.
