Private: natural state property 5'000 m2 (fenced), meadow, swimming pool (above ground) (3,60 m diameter, depth 130 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). 100 m long motor access (via unmade road). Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 1.5 km, supermarket 4 km, bus stop 3.5 km, railway station "Giulianova" 5 km, sandy beach 5 km. Nearby attractions: Civitella del Tronto 28 km, Acqua Park Onda Blu 2 km, Gran Sasso 30 km, Ascoli Piceno 40 km, San Benedetto del Tronto 29 km, Riserva del Borsacchio 10 km.
