About this property
Villino de Santi, Old Family Summer House
Family Summer holiday home.
Unconventional, unusual and stylish house.
Lots of space for everyone to enjoy.
Convenient location for the beach, the mountains and the historic towns.
5 bedrooms, three bathrooms, sitting room, dining room, kitchen, large garden.
Period furniture.
Villino de Santi was built in 1901 by Vincenzo de Santi, my great-grand father. He chose a northern European style which was fashionable at the time. It is quite different from any other building in the area and this makes it look a bit like a folly.
The Villino was intended as a family Summer house and it has been used as such ever since it was built. My children are the fifth generation in our family that spends their Summer holidays here.
The Villino de Santi is a well loved house. It is not high tech, it is not luxurious, but it exudes oodles of charm and character. After 110 years it is now ready to extend its warm welcome to new guests and friends who will thus help ensure that it will continue to be a great container of happy moments to share with loved ones.
5 Double/twin bedrooms, three bathrooms, sitting room, dining room and kitchen are available to guests. The house is surrounded by a large garden.
