Slide, outdoor shower, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: central heating system, heating to be paid on the spot (16.Apr. - 31.Oct.). Cook on request (extra). 1.8 km long bumpy motor access (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Supermarket 2 km, bus stop 1 km, railway station "Pontassieve" 7 km, sandy beach "Tirrenia" 95 km. Riding stable 8.5 km, walking paths from the house 50 m. Nearby attractions: Firenze 30 km, Arezzo 70 km, Siena 93 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner lives in the same residence.
