Slide, outdoor shower, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: central heating system, heating to be paid on the spot (16.Apr. - 31.Oct.). Cook on request (extra). 1.8 km long bumpy motor access (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Supermarket 2 km, bus stop 1 km, railway station "Pontassieve" 7 km, sandy beach "Tirrenia" 95 km. Place and quiet...

An ideal spot if you value peace and quiet. An apartment in a beautiful old house. A swimming pool and a huge garden for private use. Good access to Florence; 110 km to Pisa and the coast.

While they were not kidding about needing a car for the long road to this location, it is worth the drive! Beautiful surroundings and rooms full of old world charm. The hosts were very quick to answer our emailed questions. The weather kept us out of the pool, but the stay was still grand!

Vacation 2021

We had such a great time in Podere Le Buche. Lorella and Massimo welcomed us warmly and were always available for questions. The house and the huge garden are amazing. Our kids loved the big pool, which we had to ourselves. It was all so quiet and peaceful. On the other hand many interesting cities like Pisa, Florenz and Sienna are nearby. And it's not to far from the sea so you can go there for a daytrip. We loved the time there in beautiful Toskana and maybe one day we'll come back.

Completely satisfied

We probably had the most beautiful accommodation ever on a vacation. The apartment was fantastic, extremely atmospheric. It corresponds 100% to the pictures shown. It was very clean. The landlords were very pleasant, we wish we could have communicated better in terms of language. Everyone enjoyed the pool. The tip in the guest book about the pizzeria was really worthwhile. Unfortunately we had to leave after only 6 days, we would have loved to stay a few days longer. Get well soon to the cat.

Ruhe und Idylle

Wir haben einen Ort der Ruhe und Entspannung gesucht und gefunden. Umgeben von Weinfeldern konnten wir das wunderbare Klima genießen. Das Appartment ist ziemlich rustikal eingerichtet und war absolut sauber bei der Übernahme. Außerhalb des Appartments stand uns ein riesiger Teil des Garten zur alleinigen Nutzung zur Verfügung und unsere Kinder konnten den Pool wann immer sie wollten genießen. Auf Anfrage bereitet der Gastgeber ein Dinner zu, was wunderbar schmeckte. Wir haben es 2 mal geordert

Eine Ruhe-Oase

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 1Hund für 1 Woche dort. Das Haus ist ein unglaublich liebevoll restauriertes altes Bauernhaus und die Gastgeber sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub. Gerne immer wieder.

De belles vacances au milieu des vignes

De belles vacances reposantes sous le soleil de Toscane. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par L. et M., qui ont tout mis en œuvre pour que l'on se sente bien. La maison a beaucoup de charme et est fraiche l'été. La piscine est aussi un vrai plus.  Les commerces sont a 10 min en voiture.

Abgelegen in den Weinbergen auch hervorragend zum Wandern und Sammeln von Kräutern geeignet. Einen Ausflug nach Florenz...kein Problem. In 40 Minuten bist du mittendrin. Oder einfach nur die Ruhe am Pool genießen? Italienischen Wein genießen. Alles ist möglich.

Wieder ein toller Aufenthalt

Die Unterkunft ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, es fehlt an Nichts. Das Grundstück ist riesig, der Pool wunderbar, mit vielen verschiedenen Liegemöglichkeiten.. Entspannung pur. Die Ruhe ist großartig. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundliche, herzliche Leute.. Wir waren bereits zum 5. Mal dort und werden wieder hinfahren.
