Wonderful quiet place. Close enough to Florence but far enough from all the people. Extremely peaceful and quiet. Great and quick communication with the host. Wonderful stay.

Thank you for a wonderful stay. The property was lovely, and we really appreciated how well the recent remodel preserved the character of the historic building while offering new, high-quality amenities. We had a fantastic time walking to the local vineyard for a tasting, playing badminton and ping pong in the sun, and spending time with your friendly dog outdoors. You were a wonderful host, and the entire experience was very relaxing.

This beautiful, charming, farmhouse cottage is a perfect base for exploring the ancient towns and cities of Tuscany. The property is immaculate, comfortable, well equiped and furnished. The host is very welcoming and very helpful with recommendations on where to eat snd how best to navigate Tuscany. The outdoor space at the farmhouse is also nice with a deck, pingpong table and places to wander, or just a peaceful place to rest after a long day of exploring. Most highly recommended.

This property was out of a story book. Amazing location, remote, but still close enough to the city of Florence. The house itself was spotless and had so much character and charm. The host was super friendly and kind and very knowledgeable of the area. She gave us so many options for us to check out from local vineyards, restaurants, local shops and stores, and plenty of activities in and out of Florence. Would definitely recommend! It was one of our favorite parts of visiting Italy! Thanks again!

Magdalena was welcoming, and beyond helpful in recommendations and explaining the property (despite our being tired when we arrived and needed a few things told to us again the next day). The Cottage is a perfect getaway, in a beautiful setting. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely go back in a heartbeat.

Relaxing Stay

The cottage and surrounding countryside are even more beautiful than the photos, Magdalena is a wonderful host with so much great advice on things to do in the surrounding area. Despite only being 30 minutes from Florence, this property really gives you a taste of the Tuscan countryside. We loved our stay!

Magdalena was more than helpful in providing information. The property was everything We were looking for in a relaxing atmosphere. When Americans view Italy (Tuscany) and dream of visiting, it's not the hustle and bustle of the city, it's the peace and tranquility. This was that and more. Magdalena has assembled a complete and comprehensive list of restaurants, local tourist spots, shopping and more. She provided detailed information on getting to the Florence train station from our port call then locations to rent a car and complete directions to her villa. We had wonderful time and the villa did not disappoint. Thank you againDavid and Kathy

Very quiet place in countryside

We had a wonderful stay here and took drives in nearby Chianti towns. The cottage is at the end of a private road and is perfect for a couple. Lots of birdsong and walks down the road showed views of the nearby vineyards.
