Schlichte aber geräumige Ferienwohnung
Positiv zu bewerten ist die Austattung.
Geschirrspülmaschine, Waschmaschine ( für alle) . Die Matretzen sind leider ziemlich durchgelegen. Ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Swimmingpool ist top. Super Lage. Viele Bars und Konobas sowie Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar

Sehr gemütlich
Es wahr sehr gemütlich, reicht locker für 5 Personen, toller pool, wir wahren in der Parterwohnung und ober uns eine Familie mit 4 Kindern das konnte man natürlich hören am morgen mit dem Plattenboden aber uns hat es nicht gestört. Netter Vermieter, wenn wir den Kontakt gesucht haben war er immer da.

Sehr schöner Pool
Wir haben uns in dieser Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Vermieter war sehr nett, die Erdgeschosswohnung mit Terrasse und Gartenanblick war super.

Die Wohnung war soweit in Ordn...
Die Wohnung war soweit in Ordnung und mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum kochen benötigt. Besonders der Pool ist einfach super. Auch die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten wie das Fest in Tar wo ich nicht schlafen konnte, wares für uns eine schöne Unterkunft und wir kommen gerne wieder.!!!

Die Erdgeschosswohnung rechts ...
Die Erdgeschosswohnung rechts ist mit allen notwendigen Utensilien ausgestattet. Ein Toaster fehlte leider. Aber nicht weiter tragisch. Die Matratzen im Doppelbettzimmer haben die beste Zeit hinter sich. Man lag quasi auf dem Lattenrost. Das ist aber unser einziger Kritikpunkt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder Reisetipps: Der Pool ist der große Pluspunkt für Familien, die nicht jeden Tag zum Strand fahren wollen. Im Umkreis von 3–10 Kilometern findet man jede Menge Badebuchten. Wir waren gerne bei Lanterna am Meer. Supermärkte sind in Porec oder Novigrad vorhanden. In Tar ist auch ein recht großer Supermarkt namens „Tommy“. Da haben wir alles für den täglichen Bedarf bekommen

Sehr freundliche, unkomplizier...
Sehr freundliche, unkomplizierte Vermieterin. Spricht englisch. Super gepflegtes Grundstück, blitzsauberer Pool (Baderegeln machen eben Sinn!). Wohnung im Erdgeschoss einfach und praktisch, kein Komfort oder hochwertige Ausstattung, sehr hellhörig da Haus nicht gedämmt. Große Terrasse ist super, Essen und Familienzeit findet eh draußen statt. Ideal für Kinder die sicher schwimmen können, da es auch (je nach anderen Mietparteien) kein Problem ist auch 22.30 Uhr noch in den Pool zu springen. Eltern haben in dieser Zeit mal Ruhe. Direkt vor dem Haus Hauptstraße mit Schikanen wegen Geschwindigkeit der Fahrzeuge– super weil man die Straße einfach überqueren kann, Nachteil ist das permanente Bremsen und Anfahren der Fahrzeuge. Lage des Hauses ideal zwecks Einkaufen und Ausflügen, aber wer es sehr ruhig und abgeschieden mag ist hier nicht richtig. Reisetipps: Direkt gegenüber Winzer mit lokalen Spezialitäten. 1,5 Liter PET Flasche mitnehmen und besten Wein zum super Preis abfüllen lassen! Am nächsten Tag wieder hin!!! Wein nicht im Supermarkt kaufen. Abends ab nach Rovinij– tagsüber ist es nicht nur zu heiss sondern auch zu „gewöhnlich“. Nachts ist Rovinij aber ein Muss! Lichter, Musik, Tanz, Eis essen, auch für Kinder genial. Überhaupt empfiehlt es sich, erst ab 15/16 Uhr Ausflüge zu starten. Läden haben bis Nachts geöffnet und die Hitze ist dann weg. Grosznijan sehr zu empfehlen, Ruinenstadt Dvigrad auch. Pula mit Theater auch für Teenager sehr sehenswert, Tagesausflug nach Venedig nur wenn alle gut zu Fuß und OHNE Kinderwagen.Baden sehr schön unten am Strand in Vabriga. Dazu Berg runter Rtg. „Marina“ – aber vorher links einen Wald–/Wiesen–/Schotterweg rein und ca. 10 min der Beschilderung „Fastfood, etc.“ folgen. Man fährt mit dem Auto bis ans Wasser! Sehr günstig zum Schnorcheln, mit Toi– Haus. Wenn man zum Baden fährt immer Wasser dabei haben um das Salz aus dem Gesicht waschen zu können.... das kann mit der Zeit ganz schön brennen.

toller, sauberer Pool, sehr freundliche Vermieter. Fewo einfach aber sauber mit schöner Terasse.Kommen gerne wieder! Reisetipps: tolle Konobas in der Nähe (Tri Kantuna, Teran). Schöner kleiner Ort, nicht so überlaufen. Das Meer ist nur zwei Kilometer entfernt mit kristallklarem Wasser. Novigrad ist eine Reise wert, nur sechs Kilometer entfernt.
