Leuk huis

Leuk huisje, wel gelegen aan een drukke baan. De bedden zijn echt niet goed, dringend nieuwe bedden en matrassen nodig. Voor de rest is het antiek ingericht. Keuken heeft wat het moet hebben. Eigenaars zijn wel steeds inde buurt. Elke ochtend tussen 8h en 9h30 komen ze het zwembad proper maken. Hebben direct achter het huisje hun eigen stekje voor als ze in de tuin komen werken of de grond ernaast. De Eigenaars zijn wel super lief. Maar voor in mei vond ik de prijs veel te hoog.

Der Pool war super und das Haus an sich ist auch toll. Es liegt inmitten von schönen Olivenbäumen und bietet sehr viel Platz.

Fantastischer Urlaub

Super freundliche Vermieter, tolles Grundstück und ein schöner Pool. Das Haus ist rustikal wie man es in der Toskana erwarten darf. Dabei hat jedes Zimmer eine Klimaanlage, was bei über 30 grad im Sommer traumhaft ist. Wir waren jetzt drei mal dort und völlig unterschätzt ist die Außenküche mit der riesigen überdachten Terrasse. Zu jeder Tageszeit bei Regen und Sonne kann man dort geschützt sitzen, essen und kochen. Wir haben einen Hund und da ist der eingezäunte Pool von großem Vorteil.

Familienurlaub mit Hund in der Toskana

Herrlich entspannte Urlaubswoche zu viert (inkl. zwei Teenagern) mit in großzügigem Olivenbaumgarten, mit gepflegtem Pool und eigenem Trakt für die Teenager, die sich auch im Ort ausgeborgt haben, um mobil zu sein. Sehr freundliches Vermieter-Ehepaar, von dem wir als Souvenir selbst gemachtes Bio- Olivenöl mitgenommen haben. Baden waren wir entweder am Meer (mit Auto 12 min) und Hund am öffentlichen Strand (Pinienwald, Schatten!) oder in Cecina Mare (Liegen,Sonnenschirme) ohne Hund.

Wunderschön

Das Haus und die Gartenanlage mit Pool und den Olivenbäumen ist wunderschön. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, es war alles umzäunt und somit perfekt für unseren Hund. In der Nähe gibt es gleich mehrere Supermärkte, wenige Fahrminuten zum Strand/Hundestrand, nahe an der Stadt/Restaurants, tolle Lage da nicht zu abgeschieden und ruhig. Die Vermieter waren sehr sehr nett und haben die Anlage mit Leidenschaft und Herz gepflegt. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft, wir haben uns wunderbar erholt!!

Hallo, der 3. Besuch und alles war wie immer. Nein, stimmt nicht, Der Hahn hat nicht mehr morgen geträllert. Ansonsten, beide (M. und S.) waren wie immer sehr hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Perfekter Urlaub mit Kind und Hund

Wir bedanken uns bei S. und M. für zwei wundervolle Wochen purer Entspannung und Erholung! Die Gastfreundlichkeit der Besitzer ist kaum zu übertreffen. Das gesamte Grundstück ist sehr weitläufig und eingezäunt, was für unser Kind und unseren Hund perfekt war. Der Poolbereich ist noch einmal separat umzäunt, perfekt für die Sicherheit der Kinder sollten sie noch nicht schwimmen können. Besonders toll fanden wir zudem die kleine Außenküche! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder

Toller Aussenbereich

Der Aussenbereich war einfach unglaublich! Der beheizte Pool wurde täglich genutzt. Auch die Sitzmöglichkeiten und der Grill sind super. Man hat viel Platz und kann gut draussen verweilen, mitten in Olivenbäumen. Das Haus ist okay. Die Zimmer geräumig, die Küche und das Wohn- und Esszimmer eher klein. Für uns mit 3 Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind gerade okay. Die Küche ist zum Teil nicht ganz so gut ausgestattet. So mussten wir zB. selber Handtücher, Seife sowie ein Lappen besorgen.

Rodinná dovolená

Ďakujeme za krásny týždeň o S. a M.. Cítili sme sa ako na prázdninách u starých rodičov. Súkromie, pohodlie, krásne prostredie v prírode. Aj náš 3 ročný syn si to veľmi užil spolu s našim psíkom. A navyše tak milí a pracovití ľudia, ktorí robia fantastický olivový olej. Ďakujeme

Bella Italia - Ferien wie bei den Großeltern

Das Ferienhaus fühlt sich an wie "Ferien bei Oma & Opa" im besten Sinne. Das Ferienhaus ist urgemütlich und typisch "Bella Italia". In diesem bezaubernden Ferienhaus mit einem tollen großen Gründstück lassen sich die schönsten Tage des Jahres ganz prima verbringen. Der Pool wird täglich kontrolliert und bei Bedarf gereinigt. Die Eigentümer kümmern sich mit viel Liebe zum Detail persönlich um Haus und Grundstück. Unsere Hündin hat es sehr genossen über das Grundstück zu streifen.

Kein Luxushaus, aber extrem gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Sehr freundliche Eigentümer, die sich liebevoll um alles und die Gäste kümmern. Allerdings ohne Italienischkenntnisse schwierig. Die SAT-Anlage könnte erneuert werden, da sie bei Regen nicht funktioniert.
