About this property

House / Villa - Toscana

Charming, comfortable cottage nestled in the heart of a wooded and fenced park (16 hectares).
A few kilometers from the beaches, the house is surrounded by nature, in a quiet and shaded environment.
With a pretty covered terrace very well equipped (chairs, table, parasol, deckchairs and barbecue) to enjoy your meals in the open air and relax.
Decoration in Tuscan style: fireplace, terracotta shades, exposed ceiling beams on the outside, tiled roof.
Modern and neat internal layout, quality services (very comfortable mattress, washing machine, dishwasher, internet).

In front of the house, you have a large covered terrace (about 25m2) with table, barbecue and garden furniture.

The house is attached to the owners' house, who are charming, discreet and welcoming people, however the entrance to the house and the terrace are not directly opposite the owners.

A few animals (dogs, cats, chickens) live on the property and in perfect harmony with the people.
Children are welcome and will find here the ideal place to play in complete freedom: ping-pong table, swing, plenty of room to run, the small domestic zoo to visit.
The garden is well flowered, with green plants, fruit trees, colorful flowers.

Ideally located: 10 minutes drive from the beaches and close to the major Tuscan art towns.
7 km from Marina di Cecina beach (north), 10 km from Marina di Bibbona beach (south), 36 km from Volterra, 60 km from Pisa, 60 km from San Gimignano, 116 km from Florence, 60 km from His.
You can also reach the center of Rome in just 3 hours by train from Cecina station (direct train).

Kleines Paradies im Wald

Die Ferienwohnung hat eine sehr schöne Lage in einem kleine Waldstück in der Nähe von Cesina. Die Kommunikation mit der Gast Familie lief Reibungslos ab , sehr nette und herzliche Menschen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es ist alles da was man braucht. Den Kindern hat der Aufenthalt auch sehr gefallen es gab kleine Schildkröten, Hasen und 2 liebe Hunde. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

La maison dans les bois…

… qui porte bien son nom ! Nous y avons passé 15 jours au frais et au calme. La maison est idéalement placée pour les visites que nous avions prévues et convient parfaitement à ce que nous recherchions. Le petit plus, l’accueil chaleureux et bienveillant de nos hôtes, ainsi que de leurs animaux ;-) Nous renouvellerons avec grand plaisir l’expérience !

Ein Traum im Wald

Ein wirklich empfehlenswertes Ferienhäuschen. Durch die ruhige und schattige Lage und der tollen, großen, überdachten Terrasse, bietet das Häuschen alles, was man zum Wohlfühlen und erholen benötigt. Kinder haben viel zu entdecken und genügend Möglichkeiten zum Spielen. Selten habe ich ein so gut ausgestattetes und sauberes Ferienhäuschen gesehen. Wir sind herzlich empfangen worden und können dieses Feriendomizil wärmstens empfehlen! Ein großes Dank an die netten Vermieter!

Îlot de quiétude

Nous avons énormément apprécié notre séjour à trois en compagnie des animaux de la propriété. Nous avons alterné entre les visites des villes historiques assez proches pour être visitées dans la journée (Lucca, Sienne, Pise, etc...) et une petite plage familiale surveillée sur Cecina. L'attitude des italiens par rapport aux normes covid est très sérieuse. La propriété offre une température plus douce grâce aux arbres et un calme rythmé par les animaux. L'usage d'un véhicule électrique est possible en Italie. Un grand merci à notre hôte pour sa gentillesse et ses attentions ainsi que les échanges que nous avons eu.

Assieme ad amici, abbiamo appena trascorso una piacevolissima settimana in un piccolo appartamento dalle grandi qualità. La casa è molto carina, ordinata e comoda e completamente immersera nel verde del bosco che la circonda. I proprietari si sono dimostrati gentili, simpatici e diponibili. Un'esperienza da ripetere e che consiglio a tutti!

Tolle Ferienwohnung, tolle Gastgeber

Wir machen jetzt schon seit mehreren Jahren Urlaub mit Ferienwohnungen. Noch nie waren wir in einer Wohnung, bei der alles stimmte. Bis dieses Jahr. In der Wohnung, mitten in einem wunderschönen wilden Park gelegen, fehlte von der Ausstattung her nichts. Die Zimmer waren sauber und toll ausgestattet. Endlich einmal ein Bett, das keine Kreuzschmerzen auslöste. Die Terasse groß und vollständig ausgestattet. Alles war still und ruhig. Wenn man auf der Terasse saß bekam man auch mal Besuch von den drei Hunden, auch von den Katzen. Kein Tier war aber aufdringlich. Aber es gehörte irgendwie zu diesem Anwesen. Die Gastgeber selbst sehr sympatisch und immer um das Wohlergehen der Gäste besorgt. Cecina war ca. 3 km entfernt. Dort findet man alles was man braucht. Beim Naturreservat findet man tolle Strände zum Baden. Faradtouren in die Umgebung oder wanderungen kann man sehr gut machen. Dieses Objekt ist nach unserer Meinung sehr gut für Familien mit Kinder geeignet. Oder für alle, die die Ruhe und Entspannung suchen. Wir können es uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Vielen, vielen Dank an die Gastgeberfamilie für diese tollen Aufenthalt.

Schöne Lage, sehr nette Vermieter und ein Paradies für Kinder

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten eine schöne Zeit in Cecina. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und unkompliziert. Die 3 Hunde sind freundlich und es gibt noch viele andere Tiere, ein Paradies für tierliebe Kinder. Das Ferienhaus ist gut ausgestattet und gemütlich eingerichtet. Man kann sich hier sehr gut erholen und viele tolle Ausflüge in die Umgebung machen. Mille Grazie:-)

Entspannen im Tierparadies

Nette kleine Ferienwohnung mit guter Raumaufteilung. Großes bewaldetes Gelände mit vielen Tieren (3 ruhige Hunde, zahlreiche Katzen, Schildkröten, Ziegen, ...). Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder. Sehr zuvorkommende Vermieter. Einzig die Schränke rochen sehr muffig. Mit dem Auto 15 Min. bis zum Meer und 10 Min. zu großen Supermärkten. Viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Anfahrtsbeschreibung der Vermieter beachten. Das Anwesen liegt etwas versteckt, nicht direkt an der Straße. Wir haben uns gut erholt. Danke.

Oasi immersa nel verde

La proprietà è una vera oasi per chi ama vivere immerso nel verde. La casa beneficia della frescura della macchia e del silenzio. Le foto rispecchiano esattamente il luogo. Il posto è ideale per le famiglie con bambini che possono godere della presenza di alcuni giochi e di un posto tutto da scoprire, pieno di piante e animali ma anche per chi cerca una vacanza rigenerante, lontano dai ritmi frenetici della vita quotidiana. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e ci hanno lasciato scorazzare per la proprietà alla scoperta della natura, sempre disponibili a rispondere alle nostre richieste e sempre discreti e simpatici. Il mare è raggiungibile in 5/10 minuti di macchina. Ci sono molte spiagge libere tutte belle, volendo è possibile cambiare spiaggia ogni giorno in pochi minuti. Nelle vicinanze della proprietà si trovano negozi e centri commerciali di ogni sorta, non manca nulla. Anche l'appartamento è dotato di ogni comfort necessario (lavatrice, forno tradizionale e microonde, lavastoviglie). Credo che torneremo senz'altro il prossimo anno

Kleine Wohlfühloase

Sehr idyllisch gelegenes Ferienhäuschen, mitten in einem Wald aus verschiedenen Bäumen,Planzen und vorallem Tiere.Die Besitzer leben im Haupthaus und sind sehr gastfreundlich, und wir haben uns, trotz Sprachschwierigkeiten, prima verstanden.Das Haus bietet alles, was man braucht.Genügend Geschirr,Handtücher,Spülmaschiene, Grill...Und keine Angst vor dem Geko ,der frisst alle Mücken in der Wohnung.Einfach super!!! Diese Ferienwohnung ist der geeignette Platz, um sich zu Erholen aber man ist auch schnell in der belebten Stadt Cecina,Vada....Also wir können es nur weiterempfehlen u. wir kommen wieder, das ist schonmal klar.

Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt, war sehr angenehm, sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und wir fühlten uns willkommern.. Einzig eine genauere Wegbeschreibung zum Domizil wäre super..das Navi zeigt die Adresse leider nur sehr ungenau an.... Diese Ferienhaus würde ich jederzeit weiter empfehlen.... Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt...

Oasi di pace in mezzo alla natura.

Villetta molto bella, dentro e fuori. Arredata molto bene e corredata di tutto per cucina e letto, poi zanzariere, tv canali sky, patio con tavoli, barbeque, sdraio esterne, lavatrice, lavastoviglie... insomma tutto. Molto pulita e comoda con tanto spazio intorno. Immersa all'ombra di alti alberi, in un oasi di silenzio e di fresco. Mare vicino e tante spiagge libere da poter scegliere! Paesaggio incantevole. Proprietari molto attenti, cortesi e disponibili per qualsiasi necessità. Ci siamo stati una settimana e ci siamo trovati molto bene, speriamo di tornarci, magari per qualche giorno in più. Assolutamente da consigliare!

Kleines Paradies

Ein sehr schönes Haus in Cecina mit einer großen Terasse. Es ist sehr ruhig dort mitten im Wald. Diese netten, freundlichen Vermieter bieten alles. Saubere Handtücher, Bettwäsche, eine Waschmaschiene, Geschirrspülmaschiene, Liegestühle, Internet. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Nicht zu vergessen sehr gute Matratzen. Das ganze Anwesen hat ein schönes Ambiente. Zum Strand sind es ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Vom Bahnhof in Cecina lassen sich schöne Ausflüge machen. Es werden auch Bustouren angeboten, Elba, Roma..... Leider mussten wir unser kleines Paradies verlassen, aber wir kommen gerne zurück. Cornelia G. Cecina August 2018

Super !

Quel séjour agréable, et sympathique. Accueil très chaleureux de Luciana et Piero, et les poules avec parfois leurs petits oeufs frais, et les biquettes. Nous avons apprécié aussi les plages tranquilles trouvées à quelques km au nord et au sud de Cecina. Nous avons apprécié aussi le jardin ombragé au milieu des bois, et bien aménagé. Enfin rien ne manquait.

una settimana bellissima ...

una settimana bellissima in un contesto invidiabile e proprietari simpatici e molto gentili. Ci siamo trovati cosi' bene da riprenotare subito per il prossimo anno. Alloggio fornito di tutto il necessario se non di piu', pace e tranquillita' in un oasi di bosco. Ottimo giudizio.

"Abbiamo appena trascorso due settimane piacevolissime, ospiti di Piero e Luciana che con la loro gentilezza e disponibilità hanno contribuito alla buona riuscita del nostro soggiorno. La casa è molto carina, ben curata e comoda e il contesto di natura che la circonda ci ha permesso di godere pienamente di relax e tranquillità.
