Großartige Lage

Wunderschöne Lage mitten im Chianti, perfekter Ausgangspunkt zu vielen Highlights. Die Anlage ist wunderschön, der Pool riesig. Die Ausstattung unseres Apartments war sehr spartanisch und abgewohnt. Im Schlafzimmer ist ein Schimmelfleck, insgesamt ist es im Haus kühl und feucht. Aber Preis/Leistung stimmt in etwa. Der Hausherr und sein Bruder sind sehr nett, wenn auch selten anwesend.

Als extra Schlafzimmer

Wir haben diese Wohnung als extra Schlafzimmer zum großen Appartement gebucht. Bett und Bad sind gut, die Stube ist dunkel. Wer sich nicht lange drinnen aufhält, findet hier ein Appartement in herrlicher Lage auf dem schönen Grundstück mit Pool! Der Hausherr P. ist super nett und stellt seinen eigenen leckeren Wein bereit.

nach 23 Jahren waren wir wieder in der Unterkunft. Lage phantastisch, Pool sehr gut. Freundliche Gastgeber, viel Freiheiten in der Unterkunft, der Wein war auch gut. Großzügig abgerechnet. Leider waren die Zimmer nicht sauber, schmutzige Couch. Küche und Küchengeräte mangelhaft. Leider ist diese Unterkunft sehr schön aber in die Jahre gekommen. Es wird nicht viel in die Sauberkeit und die Innenausstattung investiert. Trotzdem hatten wir einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub.

Typisches Landgut, ruhige Lage schöner Ausblick, freundlicher Vermieter, bei uns etwas feucht hinter dicken Mauern wegen Regenwetters zucor, Heizung wurde aber auf Nachfrage sofort angestellt
