In the centre 300 m from the centre of Sellin, 6 km from the centre of Göhren, 12 km from the centre of Binz, residential area (villas), 500 m from the sea. For shared use: property 800 m2. Terrace (12 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: lift. Breakfast possible (extra). Parking (extra) on the premises. Parking space or garage only for small to medium-sized cars. Supermarket 500 m, bakery, café 600 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 100 m, sandy beach 500 m, indoor swimming pool 600 m. Nearby attractions: Seebrücke 900 m. Water park 'RÜGEN AHOI!' with pirate ship as super fun for the kids, outdoor pool, sauna area, sunbathing lawn and beach volleyball court approx. 600 m. Covered bicycle parking available.

Die Ferienwohnung hätte komfortabler sein können das Schlafzimmer getrennt das Bett war viel zu klein und die Sitzmöbel waren ungemütlich.parkgebuehren habe ich das erste mal bezahlt normal müsste dieser kostenlos sein da er meiner Meinung nach zur Ferienwohnung gehört

Ich kann dieses Haus aus vollem Herzen empfehlen die Betreuung vor Ort ist einfach perfekt sowie auch die Zimmer vor allen Dingen muss man hier das Bett erwähnen das einfach wirklich bequem ist die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit in diesem Haus ist hervorragend obwohl es an an einer Durchgangsstraße liegt hat man hat man dennoch Ruhe
