The master bedroom has a double bed (2x0,90m x 2.00m) with bedside cabinets and a large wardrobe with sliding doors. The corresponding seating in the balcony, looking southwest, invites you to linger. A fully equipped kitchenette with oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and various cooking utensils and seating for 4 people is available. The bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and towel radiator completes the plumbing. All rooms have floor heating. The underground parking space (No. 09), double parker, is suitable for a car up to 1.80 m height and a length up to 5.00 m (weight up to 2 tons). The property is located about 3 minutes from the sea and the pier !!!! The shopping and Promeniermeile (Wilhelmstrasse) is right in front of their door. A washer and dryer can be used in the basement at extra cost. A separate bicycle shelter can be reached on the background track through a small footpath.
