Large, rustic working farm "Kollerhof", 1'100 m a.s.l., surrounded by trees and meadows. 7 km from the centre of Haus im Ennstal, 13 km from the centre of Schladming, 19 km from the centre of Ramsau am Dachstein, in a secluded, sunny position on a slope, 7 km from the lake, 7 km from the skiing area. In the house: storage room for skis. In Winter: please take snow chains. Stepped path to the house. Parking (for 4 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 7 km, restaurant 6 km, bus stop 5 km, railway station "Haus im Ennstal" 6.5 km, indoor swimming pool 13 km, bathing lake "Aich" 7.7 km. Golf course (18 hole) 9 km, walking paths from the house 10 m, mountain railway 7 km, ski lift 7 km, ski rental 7 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Hauser Kaibling 7 km.

Partly with sloping ceilings, rustic and wooden furniture furnishings: upper floor: living room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), satellite TV. 1 room with 1 double bed, Scandinavian wood stove, hand-basin and shower. 1 room with 1 double bed and shower. 1 small room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table and dining nook. Sep. WC. 2nd upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed, hand-basin and shower. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed and hand-basin. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds and hand-basin. Shower, sep. WC. Oil heating. Wooden floors, parquet floors. Box-room. Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Please note: maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Private entrance, smoke alarm.

Wenn man eine rustikale Unterkunft mietet, dann muss man auch mit rustikalen Flair leben. Störend waren die immer wieder auftauchenden Fliegen. und die Hellhörigkeit der Zimmer. Laufgeräusche von der 2. Etage zur 1. Etage.

Prima accommodatie met basis voorzieningen. Het vakantiehuisje en de inrichting is oud, maar zuiver. Hoog op de berg en rustig. Voor eventuele activiteiten is een auto noodzakelijk (sneeuwkettingen!). Zelfs de taxi rijdt niet tot de voordeur.

Die Küche ist für selbstkochende Gruppen etwas sparsam ausgestattet, aber die Vermieter unkompliziert und kooperativ. Nicht super sauber aber rustikal gemütlich. Viel Platz. Passt.
