Cosy, rustic, comfortable chalet "Aualm", 1'700 m a.s.l., surrounded by meadows and fields. 2 houses in the residence. 11 km from the centre of Forstau, 12.5 km from the centre of Radstadt, 12 km from the centre of Schladming, in a secluded, sunny, elevated position, 5 m from the skiing area, in the countryside. In the house: sauna (extra). Infrared sauna, storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. 6 km long bumpy motor access to the house (mountain road). Parking (in winter), in winter 6 km. Bus stop 8 km, thermal baths "Alpentherme Altenmarkt" 16 km. Golf course (27 hole) 13 km, walking paths from the house, cycle lane, slopes 10 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Forstau Fageralm, Reiteralm 3 km, Obertauern 25 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Free ski bus service to the ski region Reiteralm. In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. Arrival via mountain railway (please note: opening hours from 09:00 until 15:30).
"Aualm", 6-room chalet 220 m2 on 2 levels. Cosy and wooden furniture furnishings: 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds, 1 double bed and shower/WC. Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table, dining nook and satellite TV. Shower, sep. WC, Sauna. Upper floor: 4 rooms, each room with 2 x 2 bunk beds (180 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC and satellite TV. Exit to the balcony. Underfloor heating. Wooden floors. Balcony, terrace, patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs. Beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). 1 pet/ dog allowed. In summer the huts can be reached by car. In winter, ascent with the lift, luggage transport with the Skidoo. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the housing units will be available for use. 50409-000081-2020

Wir suchen jedes Jahr ein familienfreundliches Haus. Dieses war für uns nahezu perfekt, da jede Familie ihr eigenes 4-Bett Zimmer hatte und das sogar mit jeweils eigenem Bad. Die Lage auf dem Berg ist super schön und das Haus ist optimal ausgestattet. Der Vermieter ist super nett und extrem hilfsbereit. Ich denke, wir werden hier noch öfter herkommen - der Ausblick auf den Dachstein ist der absolute Hammer.

Tolle Location, wenn man es einsam mag. Wenn man zu anderen Wanderungen aufbrechen will als „nur“ in dem kleinen lokalen Gebiet rund um das Haus muss man zwar immer erst die 15min Schotterstraße fahren, aber die Idylle ist es wirklich wert. Wir waren begeistert. :)
