Eine schöne Anlage

Es war sehr schön. Die Wohnungen waren sauber und jeden Tag wurde sauber gemacht. Das Frühstück vor Ort fanden wir nicht so gut und haben dann ab dem zweiten Tag selber Frühstück gemacht. Das Gemüse sah nicht frisch aus, die Brötchen waren leider etwas hart. Ansonsten gab es nur süße Croissants. Das war leider nichts für uns und dafür auch zu teuer für das was angeboten wurde. Im Bad fehlten Abstellmöglichkeiten und Aufhängungen für die Handtücher, was aber nicht so schlimm war, da man die Handtücher täglich wechseln konnte 😉 ansonsten ist die Anlage für Familien sehr empfehlenswert. Drei verschwinde Pools, also für jeden etwas dabei. Im Restaurant konnte man Pasta, Pizza und anderes essen. Das war sehr lecker und preislich ok. Wir kommen trotz der kleinen Mängel die wir genannt haben bestimmt wieder ☺️ die Lage war gut, man kam schnell zum Gardasee

Familienurlaubtauglich

Wir waren als Familie mit zwei Kindern (10/12) eine Woche im Belvedere Village. Die Anlage ist gepflegt, hat ein gutes Service-Team und war für uns der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Region. Die Ausstattung der Wohnungen ist nicht "luxuriös", aber ausreichend. Unsere Empfehlung geht an Familien mit kleineren Kindern bis maximal 10 Jahren.

Schöne gepflegte Anlage. Leider war die Küche sehr wenig bestückt. Es wäre schön wenn man einen Hinweis geben würde, dass man sich den Balkon mit anderen teilen muss beziehungsweise öffentlich ist. Sauberkeit ist Verbesserung würdig. Im Bad ist sehr viel kaputt.

Vielen Dank für Ihren Hinweis. Die Küchenausstattung wird regelmäßig überprüft. Sollte einmal etwas fehlen, kann an der Rezeption Bescheid gegeben werden und fehlende Dinge werden ersetzt. Die Balkone erreicht man über einen Treppenaufgang, an dem rechts und links die Balkone sind. Jede Wohnung hat ihren eigenen Balkon, er muss nicht geteilt werden.

Schöner Sommerurlaub

Wir waren 10 Nächte in der Anlage. Die Ferienwohnung hatte 2 Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer und einen Wohnraum mit Küchenzeile. Wir waren im Obergeschloss mit Blick auf den Pool mit den Rutschen. Die Ferienwohnung waren sauber und in Ordnung. Essen waren wir nicht in der Anlage. Können wir somit nicht bewerten. Haben selbst Frühstück gemacht und waren immer in Lazise Essen abends. Sehenswürdigkeiten waren mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Fazit: Ein schöner Urlaub. Haben ihn sehr genossen und können die Anlage nur weiterempfehlen. Für Familien mit Kindern toll.

Et dejligt område at være i. Poolområdet lækkert. Lejligheden ligger op til man kan lave mad men køkkenet er helt urimeligt dårligt udstyret. Et KÆMPE minus og som gør vi ikke kommer retur er at det ikke var muligt at få Wiifi på trods af der står man kan tilkøbe det. Det går simpelthen ikke idag.

Hallo, die Unterkunft war total super und sehr nett die Mitarbeiter- meine Tochter hat ein paar tolle Tage auch am Pool, jedoch am letzten Tag hatte sich meine Tochter verletzt da am Pool Rand wo das Wasser abfließt an einigen Stellen Löcher sind.

Wir möchten Sie nur daran erinnern, dass das lokale Team noch während des Aufenthalten gern assistiert, um den Aufenthalt für Sie angenehm zu gestalten. Wir bedauern die Unannehmlichkeit, Ihre Kommentare wurden umgehend weitergegeben. Die Roste in der Überlaufrinne lassen sich alle anheben und entfernen und der erwähnte Vorfall muss sich wohl auf einem dieser Roste ereignet haben. Diese werden regelmäßig zur Reinigung und Desinfektion ausgetauscht. Die Kollegen vor Ort bestätigten uns, dass die Rettungsschwimmern darauf hingewiesen wurden, besonders auf diesen Teil des Pools zu achten. Es würde uns freuen, Sie wieder willkommen heißen zu können.
