In the hamlet Sveta Jelena 7 km from the centre of Mošćenička Draga, 3.5 km from the centre of Mošćenice, 5 km from the centre of Brseč, on a slope, 5 km from the sea. For shared use: property. In the house: internet access. Shop 3.5 km, supermarket 7 km, bus stop 35 m, pebble beach 5 km, rocky beach 5 km. Ground floor is closed and not occupied.
3-room terraced house 50 m2 on 2 levels on 1st floor. Living/dining room with 1 double sofabed and satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: (open staircase), 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (160 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds. Shower/WC. Air-conditioning. Terrace 45 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2), box-room. View of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, iron. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (1 car) at the house. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed.

Herbsturlaub in Kroatien

Die Unterkumft war mit dem altäglichen Dingen ausgestattet gewesen. Leider erfolgte kein wöchentlicher Wäschewechsel, wie im Angebot beschrieben. (Duschtücher) Es kam häufiger zu kurzzeitigen Stromausfällen, bei Nutzung mehrerer Geräte und wenn andere Mieter auch Geräte nutzen. ( z.B. Klimaanlagen) Ansonsten waren wir mit der gesamten Aufenthalt zufrieden.

Super Aussicht

Die Aussicht auf das Meer ist super.. Die Lage sehr abgelegen, dafür nicht sonderlich ruhig.. viele freilaufende Hunde, Dauer Gebelle in der Nachbarschaft und Autos die durch die Straße fliegen. Das Haus ist schön, jedoch sehr klein. Das Bett durchgelegen und knarkst. Man hat alles was man braucht, aber keinen Backofen oder Föhn. 25 min zum Meer / Einkaufsladen mit dem Auto.

Klein aber fein

Für 6 Personen ist die Unterkunft unserer Meinung nach zu klein. 4 Personen sind zwar noch möglich, es wird jedoch kuschelig. Die Küche ist relativ gut ausgestattet, ein Toaster ist jedoch nicht vorhanden. Der Kühlschrank ist auch klein also nichts für 6 Personen. Ebenso fehlt der angegebene Föhn. Die Lage sowie der Ausblick auf das Meer sind sehr gut. Wir würden die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen, jedoch nicht für 6 Personen. Eher für 2-4

Schönes gemütliches rustikales Haus

Traumhafter Blick auf die Insel Cres. Wir waren eine 6 köpfige Familie was schon ein wenig eng war aber wenn es nur 5 Leute sind passt das Haus perfekt.Kurze Wege zu zwei schönen Bade buchten (leider nur mit dem Pkw erreichbar da es zu Fuß zu lange dauern würde). Ausstattung des Hauses war gut alles vorhanden, um essen zu machen. Nette und unkomplizierte Vermieterin, die auch sehr gerne hilfsbereit ist und sehr gute Empfehlungen zwecks schöner Orte hat.

Es hat uns sehr gefallen. Unterkunft sehr sauber. Die Terrasse super. Vermieterin sehr zuvorkommend. Die einzigen Kritikpunkte: zu wenig Geschirr. In den Bädern leider keine Möglichkeit Handtücher anzuhängen.

Traumhaftes Häuschen mit wunderschönen Blick

Das Haus ist super modern und top eingerichtet. Hier hat man alles was man braucht. Auch die zwei Bäder sind ein Luxus. Die Terrasse ist das absolute Highlight mit Blick über das Meer und traumhaften Sonnenaufgängen. Auch das Whirlpool war für uns ein Genuss. Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief problemlos und wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Angehört Aufenthalt in einem praktisch neuen Appartement. Klimaanlage allerdings wirkungslos, da sie nur den Treppenaufgang kühlt.

Meerblick war atemberaubende....

Atemberaubende Meeresblick. FERIENHAUS hoch am Hang gelegen. Eigener Eingang. Leider weiter weg von der Stadt, wenn man Kinder hat. Die Räumlichkeiten sehr gemütlich und gut Ausgestattet. Eigentümerin sehr Freundlich und Erreichbar Busverbindung in der Nähe Kontakt zu Einheimische (direkte Nachbar)
