Schlüsselübergabe per Schlüsselbox. Code kommt mit Reiseunterlagen, den Anruf 30 min vor Ankunft kann man sich sparen (2,50 ).Abfallsack für Restmüll muss gekauft werden, steht nicht zur Verfügung. Container 50 m. Glas kann am Dorfplatz entsorgt werden, Papier und Kunststoffe nur am Betriebshof der Gemeinde. Ziemlich lästig....Skibus fährt alle 30 min Richtung Laax Bergbahnen.Wohnung mit schönem Südbalkon aber wegen Hauptstraße in den Spitzenzeiten Geräusch, Möblierung einfach, aber funktionell mit Gebrauchsspuren.

Frau Marlene Craveiro ist aus unserer Sicht als Schlüsselhalterin und Gastgeberin ungeeignet. Zu einem Teil ist dies sicher den ungenügenden deutschen Sprachkenntnissen geschuldet, auf der andern Seite bin ich es nicht gewohnt, dass der vereinbarte Checkin-Termin nicht eingehalten wird, mit Ausreden und keine Zeit argumentiert wird, und mir nach weiterem verunglückten Checkout schlussendlich das Telefon aufgehängt wird. Die Kommunikation von Frau C. empfinde ich als arrogant und in keiner Weise angemessen und gästefreundlich.

Gemütliche, kleine und optimal gelegene Wohnung. Gepflegt und sauber mit genügend Stauraum für 2 Erwachsene plus Baby. Super Aussicht auf die Berge und ins Dorf. Einziger Nachteil: Bettwäsche, Frottewäsche und Küchentücher müssen selbst mitgebracht werden (nicht vergessen, dann passts).

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gemütlich. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Man hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Dorf Laax und die Berge. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können einen Aufenthalt hier nur empfehlen!

Logement très bien, bien placé à 5min en voiture du centre du village, bus à proximité. Jolie région, parfait pour la marche, le VTT et le freestyle. Sauf bémol pas de linge de toilette, ni literie. Le canapé lit est assez dur et pas de coussin pour dormir.

Ruhige und saubere Wohnung mit grossem Wohn-/Essbereich und guter Grundausstattung. Das Highlight war der grosszügige, gedeckte Balkon mit einer wunderbaren Aussicht auf Laax und die Berge.

Un bon appartement bien équiper une belle vue spacieux pour un couple. Le seul petit bemol trop bruyant pour manger sur le balcon et la nuit il faut fermer les fenêtres jusqu’à environ minuit ce qui n'est pas agréable en eté avec les grosses chaleur.

Dommage que la seule langue soit l'Allemand et ceci partout dans les Grisons, aucun effort pour les autres touristes. Nous avons trois langues nationales merci de communiquer également en français pour les instructions dans l'appartement. L'office du Tourisme n'est pas mieux.

Naja...

Leider musste erst jemand die Heizung einstellen kommen. 20 Grad mit Keramikplattenboden ist unangenehm kalt wenn man den ganzen Tag in der Wohnung verbringt. Die Bettdecken mögen für den Sommer gedacht sein... für den Winter viel zu dünn. Der TV reagiert täglich 1-2 Std nicht! Zum Glück hatten wir das Tablet mit. Sehr ärgerlich! Kochen mit dem Backofen ... Es heizt nur das obere Blech! Bei 3-4 Personen benötigt man aber 2! Also kann man nicht zusammen zur selben Zeit essen. Sonst fanden wir im Vergleich zu ähnlichen Wohnungen schade das keine Möglichkeit bestand Bettwäsche/Bad und Küchenwäsche zu mieten. Wenn man mit 4 Personen anreist braucht es nur dafür alleine einen Koffer.. sonst war die Wohnung ganz ok.

Prachtige ligging met uitzicht...

Prachtige ligging met uitzicht op het dorp Laax, het dal van de Rijn en hoge bergen.Fantastisch openbaar vervoer dus een auto is overbodig. Vriendelijke gastvrouw en goed uitgerust appartement. Wel lakens en kussenslopen zelf meenemen. Reistips: Schitterend wandelgebied, zowel hoog via de bus of de kabelbaan, als laag in het dal van de Rijn. Door gebruik te maken van bus en trein zijn talloze wandelmogelijkheden beschikbaar.
