Beautiful house "Les Lauriers Roses". In the hamlet Montréal 3 km from the centre of Largentière, 15 km from the centre of Aubenas, 5 km from the centre of Rosières, 7 km from the river. Private: property 300 m2 with meadow. Stepped path (7 steps) to the house. Roofed, parking on the premises. Shop 3 km, supermarket 5 km, bus stop "Largentière Les Vergnades" 3 km, railway station "Montélimar" 45 km, indoor swimming pool 12 km.
"Les Lauriers Roses", 3-room house 80 m2 on 2 levels. Practical and cosy furnishings: living room with TV (flat screen), CD-player, hi-fi system and fan. Exit to the garden. Kitchen (1 hot plate, oven, dishwasher, 3 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table and wood-burning stove. Upper floor: 1 open room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), shower/WC. Electric heating. Terrace, patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (4). Beautiful view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Vermieter sehr freundlich u. hilfsbereit.Alles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht.Im und am Haus alles sauber u. gepflegt.Mehrer Sitzmöglichkeiten u. Liegen im Garten.Stromradiatioren im ganzen Haus; für zusätzlichen Holzofen in der Küche stand genug kostenlosen Holz zur Verfügung.Auto konnte kostenlos in Garage am Haus abgestellt werden.Im Ort gibt es ein Bistro in dem nach Absprache auch Brot bestellt werden kann.Haus liegt am Ortsrand eines kleinen Ortes auf einem Berg; der nächstgrößere Ort Largentière kann fußläufig, teils über eine stillgelegte Bahntrasse erreicht werden (ca. 1/2 h); dort gibt es am Ortseingang einen Supermarkt, der fast alle Wünsche erfüllt...Direkt ab Haus sind wunderbare Spaziergänge u. Wanderungen auf für die Gegend typischen Wegen möglich... Reisetipps: Wanderungen ab Haus Richtung Sanilhac...Nach Norden zur Cascade du Ray Pic (bei Regenwetter hatten wir den Wasserfall mit viel Wasser ganz für uns alleine...); nordwestlich anschließend ein Hochplateau das von der jungen Loire durchflossen wird mit den Gipfeln Suc den Montfol, Suc de la Lauzière, le Sepous und les Coux; weiter westlich Lac d´Issarlès;östlich natürlich das Tal der Ardèche;südlich bei Les Vans den Bois de Paiolive;Sehenswert auch die Altstädte von Largentière, Joyeuse u. Les Vans.und, und, und...

Oase der Ruhe und Erholung

Unser kleines Ferienhaus war sehr sauber und freundlich eingerichtet. Es hat einen großen Garten in dem sich unser Hund sehr wohl gefühlt hat. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben in einem Ordner sehr liebevoll Ausflugsziele aufgelistet die sehr zu empfehlen sind. Wir werden sicher einmal wieder kommen.

Vacances au calme

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour aux Lauriers Roses. L'accueil des propriétaires était parfait, la maison très bien équipée et au calme. Nous avons pu profiter du jardin avec de magnifiques oliviers et lauriers roses. La vue depuis la terrasse "apéro" est époustouflante, jusqu'au Mont Ventoux au loin! Il y a des moustiquaires aux fenêtres, mais le produit anti-moustiques est indispensable dehors (en tout cas cet été particulièrement humide). Belles activités nature possibles dans la région.

Wir hat es hier sehr gut gefallen!

Ein hübsches kleines Haus und Garten, sehr ruhig gelegen mit einem traumhaften Blick über die Region. Es ist alles da was man braucht und alles ist sehr sauber! Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und sehr bemüht, dass man sich wohlfühlt. Nur deutsches Fernsehen und WLAN sind nicht vorhanden.

Calme et bien être

La location a été conforme à notre attente, nous avons eu dans un rayon de 30 km nombreuses possibilités de ballades et de découverte de villages typiques de l'Ardèche. L'accueil des propriétaires est dès plus conviviale, une propreté irréprochable. P.S : Un rafraichissement (eau) au frigo aurait été apprécié après + 1 000 Km sous 35° Il serait souhaitable d'englober le coût de l'électricité dans le montant de la location. Cordialement M. Haus für zwei Personen sehr gu...

Haus für zwei Personen sehr gut geeignet, mehrere Außensitzplätze, einer mit Grill. Das Haus ist im Frühjahr kalt, der Kamin macht es aber schnell warm. Reisetipps: In jedem Ort gibt es tolle Wandermöglichkeiten. Wir waren täglich unterwegs mit dem Wanderführer von Uli Frings und haben viel gesehen und erlebt in dieser tollen Landschaft. Die Nachbildung der Grotte Chauvet ist absolut beeindruckend. Der Wald Paiolive ist sicher auch mit Kindern ein tolles Erlebnis.

Entspannung pur!

Wir haben uns im Ferienhaus von M. und Mme. Fayolle sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Häuschen hat für zwei Personen genau die richtige Größe. Die Einrichtung ist einfach, aber zweckmäßig. Eine Spülmaschine für zwei Personen wäre nicht unbedingt erforderlich. Wer gerne kocht, wird das ein oder andere gute Küchenwerkzeug vermissen (scharfe Messer sollte man im Gepäck haben). Unser Hund hat sich auf dem großen umzäunten Wiesengelände ebenfalls sehr wohl gefühlt. Montréal ist ein hübsches, ruhiges Örtchen mit einem beindruckenden Schloss - aber ohne Bäcker, da muss man morgens ins 2 Kilometer entfernte Laurac fahren. Das benachbarte mittelalterliche Städtchen Largentière lädt zum Flanieren, Souvenirs kaufen, Essen gehen und abends gemütlich ein Gläschen trinken ein. Für uns waren es zwei sehr erholsame Ferienwochen.
