Private: garden 500 m2 (not fenced) with meadow, parking on the premises. Supermarket 600 m, bus stop "Abbatiale" 10 km, sandy beach 20 m. Golf course (18 hole) 20 km. Please note: 1st floor is closed and not occupied.
"Le Saint Germ", 2-room house 70 m2. Bright, beautiful and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), dining table, TV and DVD. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed and shower. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). 1 Woche in Saint Germain sur Ay

Optimal gelegen mit direktem Blick auf das Meer. Gut ausgestattete Unterkunft, sämtliche Küchengeräte vorhanden, nur keine scharfes Messer. Schwierige Aufgaben haben wir mit dem Schweizer Taschenmesser erledigt. Verständigung nur in französischer Sprache.

Heerlijke relaxte plek

Een heel fijn huisje met een prachtig uitzicht over de zee en mooie zonsondergangen. Wat een luxe: lekker zwemmen en daarna op je eigen terras zitten. In het huisje is veel keuken gerei aanwezig. Je moet zelf zeep, afwasmiddel etc meenemen. Het is alleen jammer dat de eigenaar alleen Frans kan, de sleuteloverdracht was in het huisje zelf en niet zoals in de papieren op het adres van de eigenaar.

Modernes Ferienhaus mit geräumigen Zimmern und zweckmäßiger Einrichtung in unmittelbarer Strandlage. Grundstück zur Straßenseite hin offen und einsehbar, stört aber nur bedingt. Schöne Strände und Dünengebiet in unmittelbarer Umgebung.
