About this property

Seaside, charming fisherman's house, WIFI

Stone house completely renovated with care; it is very sunny and has a lot of charm.
Ideal location for Mont-Saint-Michel, tourism of memory (D-Day 1944), the uniqueness and authenticity of the coast, heritage and local products.
Classified furnished with 3-star tourism.
Security deposit of € 500 requested on arrival.
Upstairs, a master suite with a 160 bed and the bathroom with a large dressing room.
At the back of the house is a very pleasant, peaceful and bright garden, where you can relax on the 2 sun loungers and enjoy grilling on the barbecue.
Private parking at the entrance to the garden. Shed to store your bikes.
Located in a pretty hamlet, a small créperie, bar-tabac 700m away, opposite the church; 2 bakeries in the town, my favorite, the P'tite Boulange with its old-fashioned keeper; a small U supermarket with a meat and fish department, open on Sundays until 7:30 p.m. all year round, 8 p.m. in July and August.

Short stays possible, outside school holidays.
Weekend price 2 nights: 200 € or 3 nights: 270 €.
Sheets are provided.
Possibility to rent towels: 5 € per person.

We felt at home instantly as the house offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The decor is stylish and modern, with an eye for detail. The location is quiet and has fenced front and rear gardens which is ideal for younger children. The owners are very friendly and were flexible with arrival- /leaving arrangements. Wir haben 14 Tage in dem schönen Fischerhaus mit der Familie bei besten Wetter verbracht. Das Haus ist gut gelegen, wir haben nur 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad bis zum Strand benötigt, Bäckerei und Supermarkt im Ort waren ebenso gut erreichbar. Sylvie ist eine nette Gastgeberin, die uns immer schnell weitergeholfen hat und viele gute Tipps für die Umgebung mitgegeben. Gefrühstückt haben wir meistens im wunderbaren Garten. Die Gegend ist sehr schön, es gibt sehr viele Ausflugsziele und Restaurants zu entdecken. Wir können es sehr empfehlen!

Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Gouville sur Mer

Das Wetter war super. Rund um den D-Day haben wir sehr viel erfahren und gesehen. Die Küste ist rundum traumhaft. Ein MUSS ist Mont Saint Michel. Auch die Museen in der Normandie sind sehr sehenswert. Danke an unsere supernette Vermieterin Sylvie.

Normandie vom feinsten

Bei Superwetter haben wir von unserem gemütlichen Ferienhaus die Gegend per Fahrrad in der näheren Umgebung oder mit dem Auto die weiter entfernten Städte wie Granville oder Arranches erkundet. Und der Tagesabschluss bildete ein leckeres Essen in der perfekt ausgestatteten Küche.

Liebevoll eingerichtetes, sauberes Fischerhäuschen mit gemütlichem Garten. Strand ohne viel Gepäck gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ansonsten ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden. Schöner, leerer Strand. Tolle Gegend der Normandie.

Charmantes Ferienhaus in Strandnähe

Wir haben uns in dem Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist ausgezeichnet, großzügige Räume, beide Gärten laden zum Verweilen ein. Zum Strand sind es ca 800 m, mit dem Fahrrad keine 5 min. Sehr nette, freundliche Vermieterin, die auch Englisch spricht. Von ihr haben wir auch hilfreiche Auskünfte und Ausflugstipps erhalten. Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall sofort wieder buchen!

Perfekter Aufenthalt

Très chouette maison de vacances à Gouville

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine de vacances à Gouville sur mer. La maison correspondait tout à fait au descriptif de l'annonce, et est située dans un petit village avec peu de passage devant la maison. Au centre du village (à environ 1km de la maison), il y a tous les commerces nécessaires (boulangeries, pharmacie, supermarché, boucher). Depuis la maison, on peut rejoindre la plage et les fameuses cabines de plage de Gouville en 15 minutes à pied, ou en vélo. La maison est bien équipée, fonctionnelle, la suite parentale est très sympa. Les deux jardins (devant et derrière) permettent de manger dehors ou de simplement de profiter du beau temps.

Das Ferienhaus ist ein kleineres Reihen-Mittelhaus…

…ein kleiner Vorgarten befindet sich vor dem Haus und ein größerer schmaler Garten mit sehr schönen Holz- Sitz/ und Liegemöbeln liegt direkt hinter dem Haus (durch eine kleine Waschküche begehbar). Im Eingangsbereich des Hauses steht man quasi im Wohn- Ess- und Küchenbereich. Eine kleine unbequeme 2er-Sitzcouch sowie ein schmaler Cocktailsessel bieten natürlich keinen Platz für 4 Personen zum gemütlichen Verweilen vor dem TV (kein deutsches SAT-TV!). Ein Küchenthresen direkt hinter der Couch lädt zum Sitzen auf 4 Barhockern ein. Die Küche ist sehr modern, hochwertig (Induktion) und voll ausgestattet und es fehlte an nichts! Hinter dem Wohnraum liegen ein Schlaf-Zi. (Bett 140x1,90 cm) und ein kl. Duschbad. Man muss allerdings vom Wohnraum über eine kleinere Stufe hineingehen. Das WC liegt neben der Waschküche. Eine schmale und steile Treppe führt in das obere Geschoss. Hier gibt es ein Schlaf-Zi (Bett 160x200 cm) und ein Badezimmer-en-Suite mit gr. Waschbecken, Badewanne und 3 gr. Ikea-Pax-Schränken. Das WC liegt neben dem Eingang zum Schlaf-Zi. Parkplatzsituation: Neben einem weiteren Reihen-Eckhäuschen führt ein schmaler Pfand entlang der Häuser zum eigentlich-möglichen Parkplatz (das Ferienhaus liegt ja direkt an der Dorfstrasse und ein Parken vor bzw. am Haus ist nicht möglich!). Mit unserem Kia-Sportage war es nur mit eingeklappten Spiegeln und rangieren möglich, entlang des Hauses bzw. des gegenüberliegenden Zaunes im Schleichtempo und 2 cm „Luft“ nach links und rechts, nach hinten zum Parken zu gelangen!!! Das haben wir nur am 1. Tag gemacht. Die restlichen Tage parkten wir den Wegeingang zu, da zum Glück keine Nachbarn aus den anderen (Ferien-)Häusern vor Ort waren! In der Urlaubssaison wird das so sicherlich nicht möglich sein!!! Fazit: Wer Ruhe & Entspannung sucht, wird sich zu zweit in der Nebensaison wohl fühlen! Im Ort selber ist für den täglichen Bedarf alles zu finden. Zum Strand fährt man wenige Minuten. Restaurants & Co gibt es direkt am Strand und in der näheren Umgebung. Ein Tipp an die nette Vermieterin, Syvie: Mit mehr Pflege, Sauberkeit (!!!), guten Kopfkissen und Oberbetten sowie sauberer Decke (!!!) auf der Couch und gemütlichen und sauberen Couchkissen (!!!) würde man sich als Gast sicherlich willkommener fühlen.
