Above Barjac 3 km from the centre of Barjac, 12 km from the centre of Vallon Pont d'Arc, 32 km from the centre of Bagnols-sur-Cèze, in the countryside. Private: property 500 m2 with trees, natural garden, meadow, parking on the premises. Shop 3 km, bus stop "Les Cauquières" 4 km.
"Lozard", 3-room house 60 m2. Practical furnishings: living room with dining table, TV and hi-fi system. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 2 beds. 1 room with 1 french bed. Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with bar. Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. Terrace partly roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Beautiful view of the garden and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm.
