Private: property 300 m2 (fenced), terraced garden. 50 m footpath (10 steps) to the house. Public parking 100 m. Supermarket 2.7 km, restaurant 200 m, bus stop 2.1 km, railway station "Verbania" 2 km, ferry "Verbania - Laveno" 6 km, sandy beach 1.5 km, grass beach "Mergozzo" 4.5 km. Golf course (9 hole) 2 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Mergozzo 4 km, Orta 13 km. Please note: car recommended. Main road 70 m from the property.

Wundervolles Haus, sehr schön eingerichtet, sehr schöne Gartenanlage und freundlicher Empfang. Aber die Lage... Verkehrslärm bei Tag und Nacht, kein Parkplatz, der zum Haus gehört sondern ein öffentlicher Parkplatz, der schräg gegenüber liegt und meistens voll ist. "10 Stufen"? Schön wärs... erst mal bis zum Haus zu kommen, da muss man schon recht trittsicher sein. Perfekt für Junge Leute, die selber Party machen und abends nicht ausgehen wollen, der Ortsteil hat keine netten Lokale, Kaffees oder so.

Tolles Ferienhaus in zentraler Lage

Das Ferienhaus Rachele liegt zentral an einer Hauptstraße, allerdings in zweiter Reihe, so dass der Lärm der Straße nicht allzu sehr stört. Geparkt wird auf der anderen Seite. Das ist auch der einzige Nachteil der Unterkunft, gerade bei An- und Abreise etwas doof, da das Gepäck weit getragen werden muss. Und die 10 Stufen sind etwa 30 ;-) Ansonsten ist alles da, bequeme Betten, schöne Einrichtung, gute Küche und sauber. Die Vermieterin Rachele ist gut erreichbar und gibt tolle Tipps. Empfehlung!

antiquarisches gemütlicher Haus

Als wir kamen war das ganze Haus sehr kalt, da alles Bruchstein ist. Es dauerte einen Tag,bis die Mauern einigermaßen warm waren ;haben eben kaltes Wetter erwischt.Es gibt eine Pelletsheizung im Flur. Ansonsten ist das Haus sehr geschmackvoll bis ins Detail eingerichtet mit allem, was man braucht und man kann sich sehr wohlfühlen. Der Garten und die Terrasse sind toll zum raussitzen, allerdings hört man auch den Autolärm, da die Durchgangsstrasse nicht weit entfernt ist.

Mit Liebe eingerichtetes Haus mit schönem Garten. Alles da, was man braucht. Aufgrund der großen Hitze wäre eine Klimaanlage schön gewesen, aber es stehen 2 große Ventilatoren zur Verfügung. Schöne alte Glas- und Holztische werden mit Unterlage und Tischdecken geschont.

Parfait

Nous avons passé une belle semaine dans cette jolie maison creusée dans la montagne. Il y fait bon vivre et la maison est très belle. Si vous n'êtes pas fan des escaliers ce lieu n'est pas pour vous. Il faudra grimper quelques marches pour arriver à la maison et elle contient également des escaliers à l'intérieur. Sinon tout était parfait !
