Almost 5 star😀

The chalet was brilliant apart from on arrival no mattress covers and the quality of the pillows was poor, our host Cedric was very understanding and very helpful, he provided fresh washed covers but apologised that nothing could be done with regards to the pillows. All in all a nice chalet and we look forward to staying again soon.

Mooi vakantiehuis in een leuke plaats!

Het appartement was van alle gemakken voorzien en alles was aanwezig wat je je zou kunnen wensen op een vakantie, prima schoon en het had een goede oppervlakte voor 4 personen (wij waren met 2). Goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Leuk dat je je eigen tuin had met uitzicht op de bergen. Je had bij dit appartement ook veel privacy (geen last van andere vakantiegangers). Bij een volgend bezoek aan Chatel gaan we hier zeker nogmaals boeken!

Chalet bien situé en contre-bas de la route, donc au calme. Terrasse agréablement ombragée, qui offre de la fraicheur durant la canicule. Appartement à moitié en sous-sol, avec humidité = un déshumidificateur est à disposition, mais il faut penser a soulever les matelas pour sécher le dessous des magnifiques lits-Trônes que les ados ont beaucoup aimés. Très bonne semaine de vacances dans une belle vallée.

Gezellig appartement op mooie plek

Het appartement was prima ingericht en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt voor een fijne (zomer)vakantie. De twee kamers met 2pers-bedden zijn prima, wel is er wat weinig ruimte rondom het bed, kinderen kunnen dus niet even op de kamer spelen. De woonkamer/keuken is ruim en netjes. Op het balkon waren er maar 4 stoelen en een kleine tafel, prima als je met max. 4 bent maar voor een groter gezelschap is het nog echt mogelijk om buiten te eten.

Bien situé ,à 900m du centre de Châtel .Appartement trés confortable ,mais mal vérifié le materiel et vaisselle .Nous avons trouvé la vaisselle sale (fromage collé dans plusieurs assiettes),couteaux très défectueux . Aspirateur éclaté ,fil électrique dénudé du radiateur du couloir ,(risque d'électrocution).

Het bleek erg lastig om af te stemmen over de aankomsttijd. heb diverse keren moeten bellen om de sleuteloverdracht af te spreken omdat wij buiten kantoortijd aan kwamen. Ik heb 2 weken lang moeten bellen om de code van de sleutelkluis te krijgen wat vervelend was. Het is onhandig dat de woning bij het verlaten niet door jullie gecheckt wordt vanwege terugkrijgen borg. Wij hebben de woning netjes achter gelaten maar dit is nu niet direct bevestigd. Inventarislijst klopt niet (gemeld)

Fenêtres à changer d'urgence, pas assez de vaisselle, pour 6 un peu juste... sortie de stationnement extrêmement dangereux, vitesse excessive... lieu calme dans son ensemble.

Die fenster ziehen kaltluft an weil der ventlator im badezimmer 24-7 am laufen ist. Das bedeutet das es sehr kalt wird, sommer wie winter.. es war nicht sehr reinlich und die austattung der küche ist sehr schlecht! Alles alt und die sachen fallen auseinander. Überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen!!

Reisetipps: Wir fanden sehr gut, dass viele Lifte zu Verfügung standen und wir deshalb so gut wandern konnten. Man konnte von Chantel viele Unternehmungen machen. Die Lage war super. Wir würden den Urlaubsort jederzeit weiter empfehlen.

Mooie en rustige woning.

De incheck was rommelig. Kantoor was op maandag gesloten, maar daarvan waren wij niet op de hoogte gebracht. Daardoor uren voor niets gewacht. Pas bij vertrek werdt duidelijk waar de meterkast was. Lastig ivm controle meterstanden . Daartussen een heerlijk verblijf gehad in deze mooie woning .
