This is our second time at this apartment it's cosy and homely and is very convenient for the slopes via the shuttle bus. It's an easy walk into the village which has an assortment of shops and restaurants. We just love our time here. It has a ski storage cupboard and the added bonus of a boot warmer in the apartment.

A great family find. We stayed as a family of five with kids ranging from 0 to 17. The apparment is clean, well-styled and well-equipped. We loved it was on the ground floor with the deck outside with a direct view of the mountains, which made for excellent backdrops to meals, games and evening reading. The kids loved the pool onsite and made lots of use of it. We also loved the quick walk into town to the really good local bakery and other amenties. And the positioning in the Alps is amazing, with high alps and great walks (and cycling) on your doorstep and the very high alps, Geneva and Annecy easy daytrips. Yes, the appartment is compact, but you won't get a larger appartment anywhere in the alps with the same amenties and enjoyment included and on your doorstep, which makes it really good value. We'd strongly recommend it!

Wonderful stay.

The apartment was well located on the edge of the village,so very quite. It had easy access to the ski bus and just a short walk to the beautiful village and large supermarket. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this well equipped and lovely apartment. We would love to come again sometime in the future.

Fab homely apartment

This place looked as good as the pictures suggest. It was really well prepared for our arrival; clean, warm and welcoming. Beds were really comfortable, and the kitchen included some helpful basic condiments that save you from needing to buy those of you are getting into cooking meals. Would love to return here at some point in the future. 😁😁

Great apartment

This is a perfect, well presented snug apartment. We were 4 adults and a baby. Cot and high chair provided. Very comfy beds and pillows. A very well equiped kitchen. Loads of information about the area. Perfect for the ski bus stop. Very quiet area. 10 mins walk to the lovely bustling village.

Samoens Skiing January 2023

Fantastic apartment on the edge of town (5-10 minute walk to the centre / 3 minute drive to the ski lift). Furnished to a high standard with everything you could require. Communications with the owners first rate. Seamless arrival and departure. Stayed for 3 weeks skiing. Had a fabulous time. Can't recommend enough.

Wonderful

Our expectations were already high due to the many great reviews for the property and the description and photos,however the apartment and location exceeded them all! We just found the apartment so homely and comfortable with everything you could possibly think of. We loved the area, walking into the village square, the lakes, the mountains! We have been to many places in France and Italy but feel Samoens is beautiful and we plan to return, we would definitely wish to stay at this apartment as our first choice as cant imagine anywhere better! Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

Wonderful flat, stunning location

Absolutely lovely flat, beautifully decorated and felt so homely. Small but lacking nothing except maybe a full-size oven if you wanted to cook a lot (we did not). Dishwasher was a real bonus which we weren't expecting, beds lovely and comfortable, shower strong and never seemed to run out of hot water. Very well-stocked DVD library and a separate wine chiller? Luxury! Views from the patio were amazing and we spent most of our time out there. A short walk into town for restaurants was great and to say the area is beautiful would be a huge under-statement. Even our teenagers said it was 'good' - high praise indeed!

Lovely, Cosy Apartment with everything you need!

We had a very comfortable stay at Alison and Stephen’s place. We found that we had everything that we needed for cooking and relaxing. The pool was a great bonus (it’s only small but was always quiet). The location of the apartment is perfect - ski bus stop round the corner and a few mins walk into beautiful Samoens. We had a fair bit of trouble with the wifi which was the only negative. It was slow during the day and for some reason didn’t work in the evenings. Alison and Stephen were helpful when we had queries. Recommend the pizza hut round the corner for amazing pizza!

Great place to stay

We recently booked a short (5-day) break in Samoëns and very much enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It was our second visit to Samoëns, which is a very charming and traditional village. The apartment is well-situated in a quiet area, on the outskirts but only a short walk from the centre, and the ski-bus stops right outside ! The apartment itself is very homely and well-maintained. The boot warmer inside the apartment and separate ski-locker in the hall is a definite bonus ! We also appreciated the large, underground parking space which was easily accessible. There are English wall sockets in the apartment, for those bringing UK electrical chargers, etc., as well as a few 2-pin sockets for visitors (like us) coming from elsewhere in the EU. Although wi-fi is available in the apartment, it is not free. We would definitely book again if we return to the area.

Appartement propre avec toutes commodités, Samoëns accessible à pied, vue sur la chaîne du grand massif, la résidence est calme, l'accès à la piscine est un réel plus. Bémol sur la machine à laver le linge commune et à 6 son utilisation. Le lit parental est un peu étroit.

Agréable , beau et bien équipé cet appartement et idéal pour une famille . Son emplacement dans une résidence de vacances calme et paisible lui confère un atout supplémentaire. Le cadre est magnifique, et les possibilités d’activités de loisirs en montagne sont nombreuses et faciles d’accès depuis l’appartement.
