Das Gut und die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen und zum Beispiel das Bett müsste ausgetauscht werden.

Heerlijke vakantiewoning

Wij hebben een geweldige week gehad in dit appartement. Het bevindt zich op de 1e verdieping met twee ruime slaapkamers (met airco) en twee badkamers! Tevens heb je de beschikking over een riant dakterras inclusief BBQ en diverse (lounge)stoelen. Alles is superschoon en we hebben heerlijk geslapen. Het zwembad met ligbedden en parasols is eveneens geweldig en wordt ook regelmatig gecontroleerd en schoongemaakt. C. en P. hartelijk bedankt voor de goede zorgen en gastvrijheid!

Pessima accoglienza e qualità scadente attrezzature

Premesso che io e mia moglie siamo persone che hanno viaggiato e frequentato posti simili possiamo dare un giudizio obiettivo di questo soggiorno. Cominciamo con l'accoglienza; subito a disagio. Il proprietario si è infilato dietro un bancone stile bar e voleva farci degustare il suo vino(ovvio con la speranza di venderlo). Illusi credevamo volesse offrirci un caffè... vabbè. In cucina(tra l'altro già ridotta)un pensile era ben fornito di varie bottiglie di vino che solo ad aprirne una avremmo comunque dovuto pagarla. Passiamo alle stoviglie. Pentole senza manici e padelle unte d'olio. Cavolo ma non la controllate la roba? Si son fatti pagare un tot al giorno per il condizionatore ,chiedendoci se lo volevamo. Secondo voi con il caldo che ha fatto potevamo farne a meno? Oltretutto gli split posizionati sulle porte ci gocciolavano sulla testa ogni volta che passavamo. Lenzuola vecchie e cuscini gonfi come palloni. Materasso a molle che ogni volta che mi sdraiavo sembrava schizzassero fuori. C'è una splendida terrazza con due sdraio un tavolo e 4 sedie. Mia moglie si siede su una delle due e finisce per aria con la sdraio piegata in due. Si è fatta molto male la schiena. Vado dal proprietario gli raccontò l'accaduto dicendogli che stavo quasi per chiamare l'ambulanza e lui mi risponde" no non era il caso". Lo decidi tu? Non mi ha neanche chiesto come stava!! Che schifo. Passiamo alla vasca idromassaggio che quando abbiamo prenotato eravamo entusiasti. Peccato che è costantemente chiusa e inutilizzata perché se vogliamo usarla dobbiamo prenotare e deve esserci lui ad assistere. Ma come? Noi abbiamo pagato e non per non avere la libertà di usarla a nostro piacimento. Infatti non è mai stata usata da nessuno. La piscina è carina. Decantata dal tizio per pulizia e disinfezione, peccato che era sempre piena di insetti e con un nido di vespe vicino la discesa in piscina che scandalosamente è stato lasciato lì per tutto il soggiorno. Avevamo queste vespe che ci giravano intorno costantemente. Ma possibile che tu proprietario non ti preoccupi del fatto che ci sono bambini che potrebbero subire punture oppure qualcuno potrebbe avere un allergia da shock anafilattico?? Insomma chiudo dicendo che qui c'è più impegno a fare cassa che al far star bene le persone che vi soggiornano. Peccato perché il posto è carino ma mal gestito.Non ci ritorneremo.

Die Gastgeber haben uns sehr f...

Die Gastgeber haben uns sehr freundlich in einer entspannten Athmosphäre empfangen. Der Vermieter spricht sehr gut deutsch, so dass er uns schon beim Empfang die ersten wertvollen Tipps gegeben hat. Er konnte uns auch für den Anreisetag am Abend in einemörtlichen Restaurant einen Tisch reservieren, damit wir bei einem ca. zwei stündigen 6 Gänge Menü unseren ersten Tag geniessen konnten. Auch sind seine Weine sehr zu empfehlen. Das piemont ein Land zum Geniessen, zum erwandern und zum erholen. Reisetipps: Meine Empfehlung zu einem Restaurantbesuch wäre die Kornblume in Azzona d'Asti. Unbedingt das Weingebiet westlich von Alba besuchen. Barolo vielleicht aus dem Blickwinkel kritisch betrachten und nicht unbedingt in diesem Weindorf den Wein kaufen(sehr teuer und elitär). P. macht sehr gute Weine, gefallen hat uns der Barbera, der Nebbiolo und der weiße Arneis.

Gut ausgestattete Unterkunft (Paolo, 4 Pers.), entsprach der Beschreibung. Fantastische Dachterrasse, schöne Anlage. Sehr individuelle, freundliche Aufnahme und Betreuung durch den Vermieter, der gut und gerne Deutsch spricht. Weinprobe, Reitstunde, Restaurantempfehlungen waren super! Wir kommen wieder. Reisetipps: Asti, Barolo (Weinmuseum), Turin – die Gegend hat viel zu bieten. Mückenschutz nicht vergessen.

sehr nettes Vermieterehepaar, gaben wertvolle Insidertips für Kultur und Genuss. Sehr angenehme und ruhige Lage. Die Unterkunft war zweckmäßig und sauber, allerdings könnte durch kleine Reparaturen der Gesamteindruck noch verbessert werden Reisetipps:Turin, Asti, sehr empfehlenswert, Barolo, Alba und vor allem eine Rundfahrt duch die Weinberge

Wir waren mit unserem Aufentha...

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt in der Villa Bricchetto sehr zufrieden. Unsere Ferienwohnung "Paolo" war gut ausgestattet, die Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick auf die Ebene von Asti ideal zum Entspannen. Gute Tipps zu Ausflügen, empfehlenswertenRestaurants usw. hat Signor P. stets bereit. Auf keinen Fall versäumen: ein Besuch im Agriturismo "fiordaliso; das von Signora P. zubereitete Essen ein Genuss! Reisetipps: Asti: schöne Altstadt, gemütliche Bars, Turin (Dom, Museen) problemlos mitdem Zug zu erreichen, kostenlose Parkplätze am Bahnhof Asti. Alba, Barolo und Umgebung.

Een mooi appartement midden in een prachtig landschap

We hadden een mooi tijd in Villa Bricchetto, de eigenaren waren erg aardig en vriendelijk. XXX heeft ons goede adviezen over de omgeving, een heerlijk restaurant gegeven. Ook hebben we zijn lekkere wijnen gedronken. Al met al een aanrader, vooral voor gezinnen met kinderen.

Wohnung im Haupthaus nur bedingt zu empfehlen

Die Atmosphäre auf dem weitläufigen Grundstück ist angenehm, die Vermieter freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider hat die Wohnung im Haupthaus ( über die anderen angebotenen Wohnungen kann ich natürlich nichts sagen ) zwei empfindliche Mängel: Die Betten sind so extrem weich, dass nicht nur Leute mit Rückenproblemen leiden. Der kleine Aufenthaltsraum in der Küche hat neben 4 Küchenstühlen nur ein zweisitziges Sofa, dass einem bei einem Kindergarten-Ausstatter gekauft sein dürfte. Ein gemütliches Zusammensitzen in der Wohnung ist daher kaum möglich. Noch eine Vermutung: Glücklicher Weise war unser Aufenthalt bei moderaten Temperaturen im Frühjahr. Hinter den auf dem Bild so attraktiv erscheinenden riesigen Fenstern dürfte mangels Sonnenschutz im Sommer ein Brutkasten entstehen.
