Rustic cottage with jacuzzi and swimming pool, in the green Monferrato of Asti

At guests' disposal there are two double bedrooms (with the possible addition of a single bed) both with private bathroom, TV, free Wi-Fi and safe: the "Elisa" room in particular rustic craftsmanship style, with parquet and ceiling in wood and balcony is equipped with a double bed with the possible addition of 1 single bed; and the "Gianni" suite with exposed roof, jacuzzi tub in the room, small private sitting room and balcony is equipped with a double bed and the possible addition of two single beds. Both bedrooms are available to guests with sheets, pillow cases and towels (3 per person) and courtesy kit with shampoo, soap, shower caps and disposable slippers. As a welcome for guests in both rooms you will find a surprise to toast at the beginning of the holiday, also for moments of relaxation, always in the room, there is a kit for herbal teas and tea.
The house is also equipped with a large kitchen room for lunch and breakfast, equipped with all the appliances useful for cooking (oven, hob, water boiler, etc.) and also equipped with dishes, pots, glasses, cutlery, etc. , towels, sponges and detergent, at guests' disposal you will also find the basic food for cooking (salt, various spices, sauces, oil and vinegar). Also on the ground floor adjacent to the kitchen there is a small laundry room with washing machine, drying rack and iron. On the first floor a small common room with balcony, sofa to brighten the moments of relaxation to devote, for example, to reading or to sip a relaxing drink.

Outside the house there is a large illuminated garden with a lawn. Adjacent to the garden is the swimming pool area: a small underground 6x4 1.4 meter deep swimming pool suitable also for children, a sunbathing area equipped with deck chairs and a relaxing shower to be used before and after swimming in the pool. In addition, always near the swimming pool, there is a covered area available for guests with a reed mat gazebo, suitably illuminated for the evening as well, with a table equipped with eight comfortable chairs to be used, for example, for outdoor lunches or dinners, and a stone barbecue. Finally, there is always a large parking lot in the private courtyard of the house.

A short distance from our house, about 1.5 km you can find a small Carrefour market where you can buy everything you need for the home and kitchen. Nearby guests can also find several typical restaurants to savor all our Piedmont specialties.
