Zustand des Mobilhome

Der Zustand der Unterkunft war leider nicht wie beschrieben. Im ersten Moment waren wir sehr enttäuscht. Es müsste dringend mal ein neuer Bodenbelag verlegt werden. Allgemein war der Zustand sehr verwohnt. Auf der Sitzcouch/Sitzecke war überall Sand. Uns ist bewusst, dass man Sand nur schwer vollständig wegbekommt, aber es war wirklich noch sehr sandig. Das betraf leider auch die Betten. Wir hatten schon mehrmals ein Mobilhome gebucht, aber dass war leider das schlechteste vom Zustand her.

Danke für Ihr Feedback. Es tut uns leid zu hören, dass der Zustand des Mobilhomes nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen hat. Die Kollegen werden den Bodenbelag überprüfen und gegebenenfalls ersetzen. Zudem wurde das Reinigungsteam angewiesen, zukünftig noch sorgfältiger auf Sauberkeit zu achten, damit solche Vorkommnisse nicht mehr auftreten. Wir hoffen, dass Sie dennoch einige schöne Momente während Ihres Aufenthalts hatten und würden uns freuen, Sie in Zukunft wieder begrüßen zu dürfen.

Preis-/ Leistung ungenügend

Für diesen Preis war die Unterkunft in einem zu schlechten Zustand. Vieles war defekt (Türen, Jalousie in der Küche, tlw gebrochenes Plastik an Steckdosen,…) oder so alt und dreckig (Dusche).

Mobilhome veraltet.

Mobilheim sollte für fünf Personen ausgestattet sein war leider nur für drei bestückt( Geschwister usw.) Defekte Duschkabine.Türen klemmen,einfach mal gesagt Geld kassieren und nix investieren. Waren schon auf vielen Campingplätzen aber das war mit Abstand der schlechteste.

Gutes Mobilhome!!

Schönen Campingurlaub im Mobilhome verbracht,der Campingplatz hat alles was man braucht und die Mobilheime sind groß genug und vor allem mit eigenem Bad/Toilette !!
