Private: property 100 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden. Stepped path (13 steps) to the house. Supermarket 900 m, restaurant 300 m, bus stop 20 m, railway station "San Remo" 7 km, sandy beach "Ospedaletti" 5 km. Marina 7 km, golf course (18 hole) 12 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.

Très bon accueil ! Les propriétaires sont sympas et très discret. L'appartement est propre, fonctionnel avec en plus une vue magnifique sur la mer! Je recommande! Juste un peu difficile à trouver... Le numéro est sur un mur à votre gauche en rentrant dans la ruelle
