AMAZING!

An absolute clean and cozy place! The welcome from both Rita and Sandro was great. They do their utmost to let you feel welcome. The garden is great for a little siesta and/or relaxing. Not to forget is the very, very comfortable bed!

Wunderschönes Häuschen, tolle Aussicht

Die Überschrift sagt schon alles - die Aussicht ist sehr schön und das Haus ist toll :-) Die Vermieter kümmern sich mit viel Engagement und sind sehr sympathisch. Das Haus ist im ersten Moment schwer zu finden, auch wenn die Vermieter sich sehr bemühen, zu erklären wie man den Weg am besten findet. Man benötigt auf jeden Fall ein Auto, da es etwas abgelegener ist - dafür allerdings auch sehr ruhig. Alles in allem eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft!

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

Mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und sehr komfortabel. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Leider gibt es keine Restaurants, Supermärkte oder Bäcker in der Nähe. Für Besorgungen muss man runter in die Stadt. Das war ein bisschen umständlich, aber machbar. Die Strände in der Nähe sind nicht sonderlich einladend. Die Promenade ist aber sehr schön. Es empfiehlt sich mit Bus in die Altstadt zu fahren, denn Parkplätze sind rar.

charmante maison, vue imprenable

La maison est très bien équipée, il y a tout ce qu'il faut, la literie est confortable. Nous avons bien apprécié le hamac ainsi que la terrasse avec vue sur la baie de Sanremo et la place de parking indispensable. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par l'hôtesse qui est charmante. Par contre il y a une volée d'escaliers pour accéder à la maison et la route est étroite il faut être très prudent. Il est impératif de suivre les explications de l'hôtesse pour accéder à la maison.

Zufrieden mit Abstrichen

Auch wenn das Ferienhaus an sich wunderschön ist, gibt es kleine Abstriche zu machen: Die Lage ist wirklich problematisch, da das Haus nur über einen einzigen Weg von über 5 km aus dem Ortskern zu erreichen ist und auch am Ende des Weges die Straße sehr schmal wird, so dass man bei Gegenverkehr ein Problem hat. Kombiniert mit dieser schwierigen Lage ist es umso misslicher, dass der Kühlschrank leider nicht ausreichend kühlt und sehr klein ist. Der letzte kleine Abstrich sind fehlende Liegen.

Onvergetelijke plek

Als je de lengte-en breedtecoördinaten aanhoudt voor de route arriveer je op een onvergetelijke plek in Sanremo. Een compleet huis, voorzien van airconditioning, met uitzicht op de Middellandse Zee. Een tuin met een hangmat onder de bomen en voldoende terrassen in de zon en schaduw. Niet geschikt voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn. Laatste deel van de route is via smalle bochtige weggetjes de berg omhoog. Aardige eigenaren die Engels en Frans spreken.
