Air-conditioning, forced-air heating. Large terrace 45 m2, roofed, 2 small terraces. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2), sitting area. Facilities: washing machine, iron, baby cot. Lovely home near Porto Rafael

Pleasant home in a calm location close to Porto Rafael and Palau, with access to many lovely beaches and in proximity to Porto Pollo. We particularly enjoyed the large shaded terrace for meals and relaxing in the evenings, and we appreciated the well-kept garden. The house itself is comfortable and nicely decorated; the kitchen and bathroom are small and would benefit from a refresh. We have found pool opening hours to vary during our stay; when open, the children greatly enjoyed the pool.

Maison calme, a rénover

Maison agréable manquant d'équipement, pas de wifi, aucun ustensile de cuisine, un four sans aucun plat pour mettre au four, pas de grill pain, pas d'épluche légumes, pas de tire bouchons ... Des fauteuils et canapés intérieur et extérieur qui mériterait d'être remplacés.

Letztes Jahr Top, dieses Jahr mangelhaft

Die Unterkunft selbst ist noch OK aber der Service in Deutschland mehr als mangelhaft, eher eine Unverschämtheit, da auf wichtige Emails wie Schlüsselcode oder fehlende Bedienung zur Klimaanlage gar nicht, bzw. fast nach Ende des 14 tägigen Urlaubs geantwortet wird. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht.

Tolle ruhige Lage- Ausstattung geht mehr

Wir haben eine Woche in der Unterkunft verbracht. Die Lage ist toll und ruhig,der Pool ist direkt gegenüber. Auch der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse ist schön! Housekeeper und Pool Keeper sehr nett. Die Anlage ist etwas älter,dies merkt man auch an der Ausstattung (Küche,Badezimmer) und an den Stromausfällen,die wir 2x hatten. In Anbetracht des sehr hohen Preises waren wir doch sehr überrascht,dass man für viele Dinge noch extra zahlen sollte (Handtücher,Bettwäsche, Klimaanlage)

Preis-Leistung stimmen in der Nachsaison

Viel Ruhe, sehr schöne Aussicht, sehr gute Betreuung vor Ort. Leider waren die Betten bretthart und alle Schränke rochen modrig und waren nicht für Kleidung benutzbar. Das Haus erscheint auf den Bilder etwas größer als in Wirklichkeit. Bad und Küche sind sehr klein. Das Haus ist daher für zwei Personen optimal. Insgesamt ganz okay für den Preis in der Nachsaison. Hervorzuheben war die gesamte Sauberkeit des Hauses!

Vacanza relax famiglia

Abbiamo passato la settimana di Pasqua io, il mio compagno e la mia bimba di 7 mesi. Inserita in residence bellissimo, tranquillo e curato. Punto forte della casa la parte esterna, giardino e lastricato stupendi e ben attrezzati. Casa curata all’interno, piano superiore non comodo a causa della scala ripida. Unico appunto l’attrezzatura della cucina abbastanza datata, da rinnovare ed il frigo che a qualsiasi temperatura perde acqua all’interno Sarebbe inoltre carino dotare di phon il bagno.
