Ideally located in Plérin, a charming seaside resort, this apartment offers stunning views of a beautiful 2 km sandy beach, with direct access to the sea just a 2-minute walk away. The GR34 coastal path runs along the beach and passes right behind the residence, making this apartment a perfect stopover. Situated on the first floor of a quiet building, it features:

- A living area with a table for 2 to 6 people, a 140 cm BZ sofa bed, flat-screen TV, and a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a private terrace where you can enjoy meals while admiring the sea or relax facing the panorama.

- A bathroom with shower and toilet.

- A bedroom with sea view, 140 cm bed, chest of drawers, and closet.

- Accommodates up to 3 guests.

- Baby cot available on request.

Free private parking in the residence, secured by a manual barrier, or parking available 50 m away. Wi-Fi included and TV channels via fiber optic.



Perfectly located between the Pink Granite Coast and Saint-Malo, you can explore the Côtes d’Armor and its exceptional sites: Cap Fréhel, Fort La Latte, Val André, Bréhat Island, Paimpol, Plouha cliffs, and the Gouët chaos.



Don’t miss a stroll along the lively quays of the Légué port (10 min).



For sports enthusiasts: GR34, tennis, paragliding (Roselier Point), two nautical centers with sailing schools for children during holidays, water sports, coastal walking, kayaking, shore fishing, swimming, and relaxation.



Restaurants, ice cream shops, and crêperies on the promenade and esplanade.

In Plérin: all shops, laundromats, and a market on Tuesday and Sunday mornings.
