Welcome to your exclusive holiday apartment by the Baltic Sea! This high-quality furnished accommodation on the 2nd floor offers you a breathtaking view of the harbour and the sea. The balcony, which is furnished with a cosy corner bench, invites you to enjoy the view and soak up the sun. For the period from 01.04.-31.10. you have your own free beach chair at the ORO bathing bay.



You can easily reach the apartment via a lift that leads directly up from your underground parking space. There is space for up to 4 people in the approx. 56 m² apartment. The apartment is ideal for allergy sufferers: high-quality PVC flooring and mineral wall coating ensure a pleasant and allergen-free environment.

In the open-plan living area, you will find a comfortable seating area, a 40-inch flat-screen TV and a micro hi-fi system for your entertainment. Free WiFi and satellite TV with Sky are also available.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for your stay, including a dishwasher and microwave. The separate dining area has space for up to 4 people. You can enjoy the wonderful view of the harbour and the Baltic Sea from all the windows.

The bedroom is furnished with a large double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and another 40-inch TV, as well as a safe for personal belongings. An additional room has a bunk bed (90 cm x 200 cm), ideal for children or extra guests. The bathroom has a modern design and is equipped with a shower and WC.



This holiday apartment combines comfort, location and amenities, making it ideal for your relaxing holiday by the Baltic Sea. An underground car park and a bicycle storage room with e-bike charging facilities are also part of this accommodation. You also have access to a communal laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, both of which are coin-operated.



An exclusive pool and wellness area awaits guests in the neighbouring building of the complex, which can of course be used free of charge. Dive into the pleasantly temperate water and let your gaze wander over the expanse of the Baltic Sea - an experience for all the senses. Soothing sauna sessions invite you to linger and give you deep relaxation. Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under development due to its great popularity. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and guarantee you a first-class holiday. Any construction work at the resort will not affect the enjoyment of your holiday, which is why additional discounts are excluded.
