Rustikale 3.5 - Zimmer Wohnung auf ca. 81m2 Wohnfläche in einem Mehrfamilienchalet an der Wispile. Ruhige sonnige Lage, mit bester Aussicht nach Gstaad und über das Saanenland. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen oder zum Skifahren.



Die im Hochparterre gelegene Wohnung verfügt über ein geschlossenes "Läubli" (Veranda), Sitzecke mit Panoramasicht über das Saanenland. Der Wohnraum besteht aus einer sehr komfortabel eingerichteten Küche - mit Backofen, Geschirrspühler, Kaffeemaschine, etc. -, die Wohnstube ist mit einem Holztisch, Stühlen und einem grosszügigen Sofa sowie einem Schwedenofen ausgestattet. TV, Radio/CD Telefon und WLAN sind vorhanden.



Nebst einem Badezimmer mit Badewanne/Dusche und WC, gibt es zwei Schlafzimmer, ein grosszügiges Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett (2 Matratzen) sowie einer kleineren Stube mit 2 Einzelbetten. Die Ferienwohnung ist ideal für 2-4 Personen.
