Welcome to the Sonnengruß holiday home, your cosy retreat in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort town of Koserow! This lovingly furnished house spans 125 square metres over two floors and can accommodate up to 6 people. Just a few minutes’ walk from the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach, the surrounding area invites you to enjoy relaxing walks and experiences by the sea.

Enjoy pleasant moments on the cosy terrace, which invites you to linger by the fish pond and take in the view of the garden—perfect for relaxing afternoons and social evenings. For your convenience, a private parking space is available for your car.

Please note that charging electric cars is not permitted.

The initial set of bed linens and towels is not included in the total price. If needed, these can be added to your reservation for a fee.
We also ask that you do not bring bike racks, bicycles, or e-scooters into the house; please park them on the property.
Pets are not permitted.

Welcome to the Sonnengruß holiday home—a spacious 125-square-meter home spread over two floors that accommodates up to six people. The house features three cosy bedrooms and is ideal for a relaxing holiday.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a large, fully equipped kitchen with a glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, and coffee maker. Here you’ll also find a large dining table where you can enjoy meals together. A flat-screen TV provides entertainment. Adjacent to the kitchen is a porch with a seating area that leads out to the sunny terrace—perfect for relaxing outdoors. In front of the terrace is a small pond that creates a peaceful atmosphere. Additionally, the ground floor features a bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe, and a flat-screen TV, as well as a bathroom with natural light, a shower, a bathtub, a toilet, and a hair dryer.

A staircase leads to the upper floor, where you’ll find a 30-square-meter living room with a cosy couch and a large flat-screen TV. The second bedroom on the upper floor is also furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, and a small adjoining room with a single bed, a table, and an additional wardrobe—this room is open and not separated by a door. The third bedroom has a single bed that is only 1.80 m long and a closet. The bathroom upstairs has a toilet and sink.

Check-in is from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m., and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
