Welcome to your holiday home, "Vingard," in Olpenitz. The house impresses not only with its lovingly and thoughtfully designed furnishings but also with its location in close proximity to the Baltic Sea. The large windows create a bright and spacious living environment.
This 80m² detached holiday home offers an open-plan living and dining area, a kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a terrace. Relax on the sofa with a good book or watch your favorite series on the flat-screen TV. On chilly days, enjoy the crackling fireplace and its cozy warmth. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Here you can treat yourself and your family to culinary delights.
The ground-floor bathroom features a window with privacy screen, a shower, a towel warmer, a hairdryer, and, as a highlight, an infrared sauna. After long walks on the beach, you can warm up and relax here.
Upstairs, two bedrooms await you: One is furnished with a comfortable box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm), a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and a smart TV. The other bedroom offers two box-spring beds (each 90 x 200 cm), also a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. Both rooms are equipped with blackout curtains to ensure a restful sleep.
The upstairs bathroom features a skylight with privacy screen, a towel warmer, a hairdryer, and a bathtub. A highchair and a children's stool are available for our younger guests.
The terrace offers garden furniture, a beach chair, sun loungers, and an electric grill. Here you can end your vacation days with a relaxing barbecue.
Two parking spaces are available for your car. The house is equipped for four people.
