Welcome to the holiday home "More and More I." Your detached holiday home boasts a stunning location, surrounded by a green meadow and in close proximity to the Baltic Sea and the marina.
The property offers over 80 m² of living space, including an open-plan living and dining area with a kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a terrace. Large panoramic windows create a bright and inviting atmosphere.
Relax on the sofa in front of the flat-screen TV or unwind on the terrace at the end of your vacation days. On cooler days, the wood-burning stove in the living area provides cozy warmth. For your safety, the house is equipped with a carbon monoxide detector.
For cozy evenings, you'll find books, board games, Blu-ray discs, DVDs, and CDs. A sofa bed (140 x 200 cm) provides an additional sleeping option for two children.
The modern, fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Here you'll find everything you need to prepare delicious meals for yourself and your travel companions.
The ground-floor bathroom features a window with privacy screening, a toilet, a shower, and, as a special highlight, an infrared sauna. Here you can relax after long walks on the beach.
Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms, each furnished with wardrobes and box-spring beds. One bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200 cm), and the other has two single beds pushed together (100 x 200 cm). A high chair and a travel cot with a mattress are also available.
Another bathroom with a bathtub, window, and privacy screen completes the upper floor. Both bathrooms are equipped with a towel warmer.
The terrace is furnished with patio furniture, two sun loungers, a beach chair, and a high-quality Weber electric grill.
You can safely store your bicycles in a bicycle shed. There you will also find a handcart that you can use for trips to the beach.
Two parking spaces are available in front of the house. The house is suitable for a maximum of four adults and two children.
Right next door is the identical sister house, "Meer & Mehr II" (Sea & More II). Ideal for unforgettable holidays with extended family or close friends – enjoy shared experiences while also having opportunities for relaxing moments of privacy.
