War wie gewohnt, alles gut, nur für den Fernseher sollten sie vielleicht an eine Investition denken! Das Bild hat schon Die Helligkeit und Kontrast auf maximum eingestellt und trotzdem kann man ganz schlecht das Bild erkennen wenn es nicht ganz dunkel im Raum ist!

Die Wohnung ist gut . Die Ausstattung hat alles was man benötigt. Einziges Manko ist, das der Weg zur Wohnung sehr beschwerlich ist. Da ein Fahrstuhl fehlt, müssen ca 50 Treppenstufen bewältigt werden. Für Gehbehinderte nicht empfehlenswert.
