The "Milan" holiday rental is 65 m² and is located on the upper floor.

Free parking is available right in front of the holiday home; an electric car charging station is provided.

Sleeping:
You can enjoy a restful night’s sleep in the two bedrooms. The large bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a cot. A second cot can be provided upon request. The second bedroom can accommodate 2 people in a double bed. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans.

Cooking and Dining:
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, refrigerator, and freezer. The dining table in the kitchen seats up to 5 people. You can also barbecue on the patio (using charcoal). A waffle iron, sandwich maker, tabletop grill, fondue set, or raclette grill are available to borrow free of charge.

Activities:
The holiday rental is ideal for families with young children and nature lovers: The large shared garden features a big trampoline, two swings, a sandpit, a slide, and a climbing frame. You’re welcome to feed and pet our animals (2 rabbits, 2 guinea pigs). Various vehicles, such as a Bobby Car, balance bike, and Ketcar, are available in the yard. When the weather is nice, we set up the ping-pong table in the yard.
The lake, with its gently sloping swimming area, dock, and swimming platform, is about a 500-meter walk away. We also rent out SUPs, kayaks, and bicycles.
The picturesque Nebeltal valley is perfect for beautiful hikes. Visit the watermill and its café on the weekend.
It’s worth a visit even in winter, because after a lovely walk in nature, you can relax wonderfully in the garden sauna for a fee of €15 per session.
