Den Schlüssel von der Ferienwohnung zu holen und abzugeben ist wunderbar problemlos. Ein toller Service ist auch, dass wir am Sonntag Cuxlandparks telefonisch erreicht haben, da wir ein Problem mit Wasser hatten und auch der Hausmeister zeitnah Sonntags gekommen ist. Wir haben uns für die Ferienwohnung in Bremerhaven entschieden, da Bremerhaven prima mit dem Zug erreichbar ist und zusätzlich ein tolles Busnetz für den Stadtverkehr hat. Was wir schade finden, dass die Wegbeschreibung nur für Autofahrer gedacht ist. Beim ersten mal sind wir Umwege gelaufen und war für uns schwierig, den Eingang zu finden.

Wir hatten ein Problem, dass die Spülmaschine Wasser verlor. Wir haben wegen diesem Problem Vormittags bei Cuxlandparks angerufen. Eine sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterin hat gleich dem Hausmeister Bescheid gesagt . Dieser informierte uns Nachmittags, dass er am nächsten Vormittag kommt. Am nächsten Vormittag wurde dieses Problem gleich beseitigt. Wir waren von diesem Service begeistert. Der Service und die Lage und Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung

Der Wintergarten hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Geräusche beim Betreten der Bodendielen störten etwas. Die Dusche war sehr groß und schön. Es war der kürzeste Weg zum Meer von uns aus gesehen.
