Vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback. Es tut uns leid, dass der Start Ihres Urlaubs nicht ganz Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen hat.
Alle Matratzen sind mit hygienischen Schonern und Bezügen ausgestattet, die nach jedem Aufenthalt gewechselt werden. Manche ältere Verfärbungen lassen sich trotz Reinigung nicht vollständig entfernen, sind jedoch hygienisch unbedenklich. Auch Kissen und Decken sind selbstverständlich stets frisch gereinigt. Zusätzlich hat unser Reinigungsservice während Ihres Aufenthalts die Schonbezüge auf Wunsch noch einmal gewechselt, und wir haben angeboten, weitere frische Decken und Kissen bereitzustellen.
Unser Garten wird regelmäßig gepflegt, ist jedoch bewusst naturnah gestaltet.
Wir freuen uns, dass Ihnen die ruhige Lage gefallen hat, und nehmen Ihre Rückmeldung gerne auf, um unseren Gästen den Aufenthalt weiterhin so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten.

Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Durch die Strandnähe war der Rückweg vom Strand auch mit den Enkeln, die sich gut verausgabt hatten, gut zu bewältigen. Bei sonnigen Wetter konnten wir dann den Garten gut nutzen.
