Independent apartment in villa with garden and Fitou sea view
INDEPENDENT apartment in villa, 20 km from Perpignan and 30 km from Narbonne. The pleasures of the sea with the tranquility of the scrubland and vineyards. On the sunny and well lit at night terrace, 4 people can comfortably dine and enjoy a 180 ° view of the pond and the Mediterranean, to Cap Béart and Spain. With a bonus, frequent fireworks after dark in season.

The final cleaning (70 €) will be charged only when necessary.
Besides the beaches monitored or not, many distractions await you: oysters and mussels oyster tasting center of Leucate; beautiful walk or bike in the scrub and vineyards; but also old stones, Cathar castles, fortresses; just a little further the Alberes, the Canigou, Collioure, Le Perthus, Spain. In the village: wine cellars, restaurants, festive events, boules competition open to all on Friday night, children's workshop.
