The advantages of the house
Feet in the water: you no longer need to take your car to get to the sea, you are already there!

For those who come to fetch the sea, you can enjoy it all day long.
Ideally located by the sea, you have direct access to the large fine sandy beach from the house's terrace, with no roads to cross.

You will enjoy the view of the beach and the sea, from the terrace and the master bedroom.

You will spend most of your time outdoors, on the terrace to enjoy your meals facing the sea or to take a nap and enjoy the benefits of the sea air.

The surroundings
Once there, if you want to land, you park the car (private parking) and you have restaurants and shops nearby.

For those who love walking, the villages of Leucate and Barcares are nearby. In high season you can enjoy the beach bar (200 m).

The house is also a good base for "great trips" to Spain or the region: even if you are on the beach, you should not forget the hinterland, with its Cathar castles, vineyards, gourmet restaurants, the Sigean animal park and the city of Carcassonne located an hour away.

Sports and physical activities
You like to relax in the water but you don't like salt, you can enjoy the pool from mid-June to mid-September.

For the more sporty ones, you can practice various water sports and other outdoor activities nearby (windsurfing, canoeing, wakeboarding, windsurfing, kitesurfing, water park, accrobranche, jet skiing, mini golf, sea walking...).

- 2 bedrooms (2 double beds - 1 single bed) - the main one with loggia (view on the beach and the sea);
- 1 bathroom;

- 2 terraces (15 and 20 m2) on either side of the house, including a beach and sea side;
- 1 independent WC.

Private parking (numbered place inside the residence).

Rentals are from Saturday 4pm to Saturday 10am.
Out of season: arrival during the week possible, reception from 6pm.
It is advisable to add the cleaning fee of 60€ whatever the duration of the stay.
