Golf course (18 hole) 15 km, riding stable 15 km, walking paths from the house, cycle lane 50 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Fantastische vakantiewoning
Een geweldig vakantiehuis waar niets aan ontbreekt. Hele vriendelijke eigenaar. Bij aankomst stond er een fruitmand, fles wijn , bier en een fles water klaar. Bij vertrek kregen we ook nog een klein presentje. Kortom een prima, gunstig gelegen vakantiehuis.

Neubau mit viel Komfort
Top ausgestatter Neubau mit sehr viel Platz.Jedes der 4 geraeumigen Sclafzimmer verfuegt ueber Klimaanlage und ein eigenes schoenes Badezimmer wodurch maximale Privatsphaere geboten ist.In der Kueche gibt es alle erdenklichen Utensilien und sogar Grundgewuerze.Der grosse Pool ist bequem vom Wohnzimmer aus erreichbar.Im Garten wird noch der zukuenftige Schatten heranwachsen.Zahlreiche Fruchtbaeume sind frisch gepflanzt.Einziger Schwachpunkt fuer Laermempfindliche: das Haus liegt dicht an der Landstrasse(wochentags staerker befahren) Naechster Supermarkt in Vodnjan(4km)
