Large, child friendly holiday village "Eden". 3 km from the centre of San Felice del Benaco, 600 m from the centre of Portese, on top of a hill, 500 m from the lake, 500 m from the beach, road to cross. For shared use: property 66'000 m2 (fenced), terraced garden with plants and trees, 2 swimming pools (seasonal availability: 25.Apr. - 27.Sep.). Children's pool, slide, outdoor shower, tennis (extra), table tennis, children's playground. In the complex: reception, restaurant, bar, WiFi (extra). Shopping facilities, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra), bicycle rental. Parking at the house, public parking on the road extra. Supermarket 3 km, bus stop 850 m, pebble beach 500 m. Marina 600 m, golf course (9 hole) 5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Obligation to wear bathing caps.
