In autumn, the forests around Lake Bostal turn warm shades of red and gold, with fallen leaves rustling underfoot.

This spacious 90 m² apartment accommodates up to five guests and features a large covered balcony, an accessible bathroom and step-free access from the rear of the house. Lake Bostal is only a short walk away, while hiking and cycling trails begin right outside the house. The forest, the lake and the Icelandic horses at Gestüt Nahetal shape the surroundings. Up to two dogs are welcome.

Ferienwohnung Schwarzhof Hanfdell: Your home away from home

The apartment offers around 90 m² of space for up to five guests. The large dining table is at the centre of the dining room, with plenty of room for working, shared meals, games and long evenings together.

The bedroom is decorated in muted shades of blue and has a double bed. Shutters on all windows keep out the early morning light.

The sofa bed is integrated into the large corner sofa in the living room and can be pulled out easily. It is 1.40 metres wide and has a separate mattress. A sleeper chair provides a 1.20-metre-wide sleeping surface for the fifth guest.

The living room has a 55-inch Smart TV, and Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.

The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and filter coffee machine. Coffee, tea and a small selection of spices are provided, along with crockery and cooking utensils. A SodaStream is also available.

The large covered balcony provides a sheltered place to sit even during a rain shower, with views of the surrounding greenery.

The house is built on a slope. The apartment can be reached without steps from the rear of the house. The accessible bathroom has a level-access shower, shower chair, wheelchair-accessible washbasin and grab rails beside the toilet. The additional guest toilet is located on the half-landing and is not step-free. The kitchen is only partly accessible for wheelchair users.

A private parking space is located directly beside the house.

Arrival and access

I will welcome you personally when you arrive at Ferienwohnung Hanfdell.

Check-in is available from 3:00 pm. Please call me around 30 minutes before your arrival so that I can be there on time. You will receive my telephone number after booking.

Türkismühle railway station is around two kilometres away. Collection from the station can be arranged in advance.

Please plan to check out by 10:00 am. We will discuss the return of the keys when you arrive.

Babies and young children

A cot with bed linen, changing mat, high chair and children’s tableware are available on request.

Dogs

Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome. A dog mat, bowls, blanket, towel and waste bags are provided.

Bicycles

A lockable bicycle garage with charging facilities for e-bikes is available on request.

House rules

Parties and events are not permitted. The apartment is intended for holidays and relaxation.

Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Please smoke only outside the building.

Dogs are not allowed on beds, sofa beds or other upholstered furniture. Please pick up after your dog on paths and in public areas.

Quiet hours begin at 10:00 pm.

Please leave the apartment tidy and swept before departure. Remove the bed linen from the beds and place all used laundry together in one place.
