Vacation home Sunrise

This modern, two-story single-family home with high-quality amenities is located on the western outskirts of Neunkirchen/Nahe. Our holiday home was built in 2015 and features panoramic windows that make every sunrise unforgettable. Bostalsee (fishing, sailing, surfing, swimming, pedal boats), with a beach area, an indoor playground, the Aqua Mundo water park, and much more, is within walking distance—about 1.5 km away. A wide variety of dining options are available in the immediate vicinity (restaurant, pizzeria, bakery) as well as in the neighbouring town (ice cream parlour, additional restaurants...). The Celtic ring wall/Celtic Park in Otzenhausen is the Saarland gateway to the Hunsrück-Hochwald National Park and is easily accessible both by public transport and by bike via newly constructed bike paths. The nearby attractions (the source of the Nahe River, the Peterberg Observatory and Recreation Centre, the Johann Adams Mill, Schaumberg, etc.) are accessible via numerous hiking trails.



Sonnenaufgang Holiday Home:

Our holiday home, with 130 m² of living space, accommodates 1–6 people. The cosy living room with a flat-screen TV invites you to relax. The fully equipped kitchen—featuring a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, electric stove, and fully automatic coffee machine, among other amenities—leaves nothing to be desired. The holiday home has 3 bedrooms with double and single beds. On the ground floor, there is a bathroom with a shower and toilet; on the upper floor, there is a spacious bathroom with a shower, toilet, bathtub, and sauna. Please note that pets are allowed only upon request. 



On-site fees: • Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to midnight. • Check-out is by 11:00 a.m. • Payment must be made in advance via bank transfer. You will receive the necessary details via email after booking. • A deposit of 40% of the invoice amount is due within 10 days of booking confirmation; • the remaining balance of 60% of the invoice amount is due 10 days before arrival (payment must be received in the landlord’s account). • Keys are provided via a key safe. • We provide a high chair free of charge upon request. • We provide a cot free of charge upon request. • Pets are allowed upon request, subject to a fee if applicable. • A visitor’s tax of €0.50 per person/night will be charged separately. • Included services: towels, bath towels, bed linens, final cleaning, Wi-Fi



Check-in is from 3:00 to 00:00, and check-out is from 00:00 to 11:00.
