The 90 m² apartment features a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with two pull-out sofas (each 140 cm wide, for 2 people each), a sofa bed in the hallway (149 cm wide), a kitchen, and a bathroom, accommodating up to six guests. A private sauna is available beneath the apartment and can be used for an additional fee. The private outdoor area includes a garden, a covered terrace, seating, two sun loungers, and a barbecue.



The 400 m² fenced garden is ideal for dogs – pets are warmly welcome. As dogs are frequent guests, the apartment may not be suitable for those with pet hair allergies. The property is just a 45-minute drive from the Baltic Sea. Nestled in the peaceful Peene Valley, also known as the "Amazon of the North," this location is perfect for nature lovers who enjoy tranquil walks and scenic river views.



Please note that the apartment is accessed via 12 steps. Due to the rural setting, Wi-Fi is suitable for regular browsing; video calls or HD streaming may be limited. Two parking spaces are available on the property. Up to five pets are allowed. Smoking and parties are not permitted. Homemade products are offered, and there is storage for motorcycles and bicycles. Waste separation guidelines will be provided on site. The property features energy-saving lighting, and some electricity is generated by photovoltaic panels.
