The 90 m² apartment includes a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with two pull-out sofas (each 140 cm wide, for 2 people each), a sofa bed in the hallway (149 cm wide), a kitchen, and a bathroom, accommodating up to six guests. You also have access to a private sauna located beneath the apartment, available for use for an extra fee. The private outdoor area features a garden, a covered terrace, seating, two sun loungers, and a barbecue.



The 400 m² fenced garden is ideal for dogs. The property is about a 45-minute drive from the Baltic Sea. Nestled in the peaceful Peene Valley, known as the "Amazon of the North," this location is perfect for nature lovers who enjoy tranquil walks and serene river views.



Please note that the apartment is accessed via 12 steps. Due to the rural setting, the Wi-Fi is suitable for basic browsing; video calls or HD streaming may be limited. Two parking spaces are available on the property. Up to five pets are allowed. Smoking and parties are not permitted. The property offers homemade products and has storage for motorcycles and bicycles. Waste separation guidelines will be provided on site. Energy-saving lighting is installed, and part of the electricity is generated by photovoltaic systems.
