This property has only been on the rental market for 1 year and is very clean and well maintained. “Emerald Dawn” features ocean views from almost every bedroom, a walkway onto a quiet beach, 3 furnished decks, a gas grill, fully equipped kitchen, in unit washer and dryer, 3 workspaces, Cable and Smart TVs in every room.

You will only be minutes away from some of the best that the Island has to offer! Walk (or hop in a rented golf cart) and explore the local pier, waterpark, mini golf, movie theatre, paved biking trail, beach shops, grocery stores, restaurants and bars from this very centrally located property. Come and be one of the first to enjoy Emerald Dawn!

* The pool on the property belongs to the other half of the duplex . Guests on our side do NOT have access to the pool. * No Pets Allowed

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
-Set AC to 70 degrees or heating to 68 degrees - Log out of your TV streaming services if needed. Guest mode should automatically log you out on the checkout day you set.
Remove lint from dryer in laundry room
-Bring provided beach toys and chairs back into the laundry room -Make sure the outside grill is completely turned off (including the gas it is attached to) -Make sure that the grill has been cleaned
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO SMOKING INDOORS. Please keep the doors and windows closed if smoking near the house
Keep doors and windows closed while the Air Conditioner is Running
No pets allowed-a $525 fee will be charged if you bring any pets
